Great customer service. I had placed an order online for a specific spare part that I struggled to find elsewhere and about 15 minutes later the part was sent via royal mail. I received the tracking number and 3 days later it arrived. The lady on the phone was particulary helpful. Highly recommend dealing with them.

The information on line was unambiguous regarding the size of the Ideal Standard close coupled toilet handle purchased. It fitted. The price was acceptable delivery was speedy and efficient and delivered within the time frame set by the Post Office. I can’t say enough good things about Toilet Spares. After a year-long saga with my toilet, which included broken parts and failed attempts to fix it, I finally had a resolution thanks to Paula.

Initially, I couldn’t install the flushing mechanism I purchased, and it turned out the cables were too short due to a supplier change. Instead of leaving me frustrated, Toilet Spares went above and beyond: they arranged a video call to see the issue, liaised with the supplier, and ultimately sent me the proper cable at no extra cost.

In a world where good service is rare, they proved that great service still exists, especially when things go wrong. Thanks to them, I have a working toilet and genuine peace of mind. I’ll be coming back for any future parts!

Good advice. Had spares

I ordered a repair toilet kit but there was another fault on the unit .I was unable to do the return the goods within the 14 day period and have had no response from the email sent to Steve .Will not be using this company on line again .No response only contact by email
