Poor delivery experience
Unfortunately had a really poor delivery performance. Had no updates on dispatch until I chased and then it apparently had got lost. Eventually got a delivery date but courier didn't attempt delivery stating that we were closed but in fact someone was available the whole time. Again no information until I chased. Hopefully it will arrive on next attempt as I need the item.

Toolchimp purchase
I hadn't used Toolchimp before although I purchase quite a lot of power tools.
There was a bit of a delay with the supplier of the product that I had ordered but the sales advisor (Dave) kept me fully informed throughout with updates.
I felt the process was quite personal and friendly as Dave phoned me a couple of times with updates which kind of sets Toolchimp apart a bit from other larger suppliers.
Will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE. This company is little better than a scam site. They sent me two items that were incompatible, after I’d specifically requested their advice on what to buy. It turned out they don’t even stock compatible items, and they refused to refund or replace.

Order dose not arrive!
was told item was in stock so ordered, then it did not arrive found order was canceled by the sales person ( no longer employed?) so re orded as i was told definitely next day AM delivery, 2 days later still not delivery will not be using again. update i have been offered £20 off the total order for the troubles.
