Order sorted after dpd ruined yet another simple delivery. Toolchimp replied to emails and calls multiple times, really good customer service. Sent order out again to clean up after dpd failed there... Ver mais

Our office is open from 9am till 5:30pm Monday through to Friday. We are UK based and will help with any issues or questions you may have. Our friendly staff on the customer service team are able to assist with any problems or questions you have either on the phone or via our live chat which is active between working hours. There are real people behind the chat who are ready to deal with any issues immediately as they would normally over the phone.

No delivery, No items, No refund?

ORDER NUMBER 20000028479
Made an order for almost £100 with Toolchimp for Marshalltown Trowel and Hawk for next day delivery, items never arrived I called them was told that my items would be with me within five days due to supply issues, I accepted this unfortunately items still never arrived.

I called them again was told there are further delays due to supply issues from the USA and my items would be with me within 10 days, still no delivery, two days after the due date I then called and cancelled the order, I was told to put this in an email I did this and sent it I was told during the call my refund would take around a week, never got the refund?

Had to make a PayPal dispute and was refunded by PayPal, would I ever use Toolchimp again I doubt it, I found same items I wanted on Amazon at a much cheaper price and delivery was two days later.

supply issues

did not disclose supply issues, so far, four weeks to provide me with complete site lights and tripods.
i had to chase for updates, which they did respond to, but only after multiple calls and no call backs.
my order was submitted online 17 March,
i have been partially supplied my order and told this morning 13 April. that the remainder of my order may be with me by the end of the month.
