Tool Exchange Opiniões

Asked 3 times now for a quote and have heard nothing from them
I have sold you a milwaukee 12 volt drill before,no problems with the form then
12/5/22 I have used your contact form before with no problem, I tried it again on Monday without attaching photos and it worked so it might be your form or my device, what is wrong is your attempt to blackmail me into removing this feed back, you won't give me a quote until I do so,I replied to you to let you know what was going on,I sold you a milwaukee m12 drill in February and left you 5 star feedback so I am genuinely a returning customer and this is how I am treated? Shove your quote where the sun doesn't shine tool exchange, you obviously have enough tools in the sales office

Item arrived in good time and was a described.

Excellent, as described, very efficient.

Website easy to use. Product arrive on time and as described. Customer services responsive and helpful. When I ordered online the website did not give an option for over night delivery. I had to ask for the Hermes tracking code from customer services. I feel I should have received it in an automated email when my order was completed. Otherwise happy with product, price and service.

I always purchase from tool exchange. Always helpful and everything I have bought is in A1 condition.

Great value Festool vac which does what I wanted it to do, perfectly. Thanks Tool Exchange.

Cannot fault them. Price paid as quoted and postage included. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to drill a hole through my garden wall to let the rainwater escape, but didn’t want to buy new for a one off. For half the price I got a used one!

Very convenient service, fast, easy and efficient!

I bought aa jigsaw off you advertised as with 2 batteries and no charger arrived with 1 battery sent a contact form off about issue have had no contact! Could have bought item for less at screwfix.com

This was a very simple and straightforward process which only took 3 days from start to finish, I got a quote I was happy with and sent the drill off on Monday evening, by Wednesday tea time the money was in my bank for the full amount I was offered, I would definitely recommend these guys without any hesitation

Good service, delivery as stated and on time.
