Just visited Toomey Basildon for a recall on my car. Arrived just after 10am, booked in and all done and home by 10.25am. Staff very helpful and friendly and the service was very quick. Well done guys

I dealt with Jak at Toomey Basildon who was excellent. Upon reading reviews with the issues people have had, I wasn’t reassured. I had a problem with my Cambelt on my 2020 Vauxhall Corsa. Jak took this problem on and made the process really smooth, and was able to get this fixed within the Vauxhall coverage over 4 days. He was lovely to deal with, kept me informed but also saved the jargon and bits in between and just gave me a resolution which is all a customer wants. I would recommend Jak at Vauxhall. Thank you for your efforts on getting me back on the road quickly and safely.
