Toomey Motor Group - Toomey Dacia Basildon Opiniões

Picked our new stepway up a few days ago and we are so happy with it . Laura Vaicyte was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. If your going to Toomey BasildonDacia ask for Laura, a lovely lady.

Dave at Dacia was brilliant. After a bad experience at another car dealership we felt safe with Dave. I would highly recommend! Part exchanged our previous Duster to a Jogger! Great service! Thank you!

I always wait for my car to be serviced - it’s actually an unexpectedly peaceful environment to enjoy a few complimentary coffees and read a book! Super friendly and helpful customer service by Caitlyn :)

I visited Toomey in Basildon and met a lovely lady called Laura Vaicyte. I explained which car I was looking for and she found me the perfect match. After a test drive and detailed info about the car I decided to purchase it.
Laura was very efficient, and her customer service skills were excellent. We arranged everything the same day with a date to collect the car.
I was very happy with Laura and the car.

Work completed while I waited, regular updates given. Excellent service.

Mia was very helpful today and made sure anything I needed was covered

I wished to purchase a new Clio and I was greeted as I walked into the Toomey show room at Basildon by Sales Consultant Steve Moros, Steve went above and beyond with his exceptional patience and all the knowledge and information I needed, as I am female I was truly grateful for his helpfulness and in-depth expertise of important documents needed for my purchase. I would recommend Steve who really made me feel important by keeping me updated every step of the way..,, Steve your a Star …. Sue Howell

We had a really excellent experience with sales executive Steve Moros throughout the whole process of buying our new Dacia. He has a bright and engaging personality, knows exactly when to talk and when to listen. Top man.
Incidentally, this is second Dacia. We were 100% happy with our first one.

Great service from Toomeys Basildon. Sales Consultant Steve Moros was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly at every stage of the sale. A very polite man with a great personality who does not try to pressurise you. We would have no hesitation of using Toomeys again.

we visited Toomey at Basildon to buy a used car we found a Red Renault Captur that we liked, although I wasn’t keen on driving a red car. After a test drive my husband convinced me it was a really good buy.
Our salesperson was Patrick O’farrell . We returned the next day to do the deal only to find the car had been sold but Patrick went out of his way to find the right car for us, he found a 2019 Renault Captur in blue, low mileage and was in immaculate condition, Patrick Patrick advised on the warranty and answered fully any questions we had. We bought the car and are both enjoying driving it. So a big thankyou to Patrick 👍
