Total Farm Supplies was first started in 2019 by a Herdsman and Dog owner (Indra), Antony. Antony has over 20 years of experience in the Agricultural sector and has worked in many different aspects of Agriculture. Starting as a Herdsman for one of the best Dairy Herds in the Country to recruiting farmers milk for Dairy Crest (now Saputo). Antony also did van sales for a Kent based company and quickly realised the potential of selling Agricultural products online. It is here that he built and started Total Farm Supplies. The business has gone from strength to strength, with over 3,000 Farm, Pet, Equine and Poultry products offered online and the back-up of a phone call which leads direct to someone who knows about farming and the products we sell. We aim to provide you with a fast, affordable, and competitive service that will ensure you are completely satisfied. We offer a wide range of brands with our most popular ones being Betacraft Workwear, Kaiwaka waterproof clothing, Dunnlop wellies and Nettex products. We pride ourselves on supplying quality outdoor clothing and equipment to ensure you stay dry when it matters most. Our farm supplies section is growing rapidly, with ear tags supplied by Datamars being one of the top sellers in this section as well as Milk Bar feeders for calves being a very popular choice. Bought item and never delivered
Bought item and paid for delivery within 2-5 day delivery. It is now 10 working days since and no delivery and worse of all no answer to emails or whatsapp messages and no answer to be had on the phone. It looks like over a £100 down the drain.

Delivery beyond SLOW
Unless you have all the time in the world Do NOT use this company “ best prices online” however after keeping my money for 11 business day and after three attempts to get an update / tracking a refund was requested as my order had not even been processed

I really hate leaving negative reviews…
I really hate leaving negative reviews but….. in this instance it’s become increasingly infuriating. I placed an order on the 18th May. for delivery within two days. I have sent numerous emails. And made several phone calls. I am still missing my order. I haven’t received a response from any of my call/emails I’ve made, and there have been many.
I would seriously consider using a different company. With their communication being this poor, it leaves me thinking this maybe a scam sadly.

Didn’t turn up and no contact
I have placed an order which never arrived I have emailed asking for an update or to resend but no reply I have left messages to call me back no reply wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. Really is a case of buyer beware do not waste your time or money

i had read bad reviews on sites saying…
i had read bad reviews on sites saying poor communication and delivery, so i never completed the sale. I got an email next day to remind me i had items in the basket, I replied about reviews, they promptly replied that unfortunately they only get bad reviews. So i took a chance, all was quick easy and delivered promptly.
So for me a good experience

Paid for goods
Paid for goods, Received nothing, cannot speak to anyone as answering machine comes on. Left messages, nobody calls back, left emails, nobody replies. It’s like there’s no one there. Impossible to contact. It feels like I have been scammed. BEWARE.
