Lots of flavours to choose from easy to use will get more as tobacco to expensive

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered 10 vapes, opened 1 and the flavour was not right, disgusting after taste. Checked the packaging and they were out of date!
Sales manager seemed reluctant to help or resolve the issue and basically said they were fine. Multiple emails later they then told me I could return them at my expense and then they would choose if they would provided a refund or not!
Bad business and incredibly poor customer service.
Worst vape company I've ever dealt with and will not shop there again. Avoid!

Very easy to order off the website great flavours the vape it self is easy to use and last a good while usually last me 8 days

Paid for 24h tracked delivery as needed them before holiday and this useless people sent it 5 days later when i didn’t need them anymore. When emailed to cancel the order got ignored twice and instead of cancelling the order they shipped it regardless after receiving my emails when told them i didn't need them anymore.

Please don't pay for Tracked 24 at the rediculous price of £4.99. My usual different sites only charge £2.99 also. Ive never been charged this amount. Also the tracked 24 is actually 48hrs with delivery. Something to do with courier process, so your not actually getting it the next day. I placed an order easter weekend and they opened as normal Tuesday, but my item is actually coming 48 hours later. They had ample time to post, but said its the way their courier system works. The shipping actually cost more than the vape I ordered. Their discount code for first time users don't work, yet they still get to send you email upon email of promotions. Just be aware. As mentioned the shipping charge is rediculous. Was offered no support. I should of just paid tracked 48, as that's when it arrived. Ive never been spoken to so rudely before. I tried to be polite as possible, but they just hung up on me.

I've been coming into Totally Vapour for a couple of years. The staff (especially Brandon!) are very knowledgeable and very helpful always able to give good advice. Above all it's just a lovely friendly shop to visit and have a chat! They offer a good range of vapes and liquids and the website is also very good and easy to use. Highly recommended!
