Credit scoring is rubbish
Credit scoring is rubbish, I have no defaults, no debt, other than mortgage, pay all my bills on time, my score should be perfect.

We appreciate the world of credit scores can be confusing,
The credit score you see on TotallyMoney is calculated by TransUnion, the credit reference agency we partner with, based on the credit report information they hold on you.
Credit scores don’t always behave the way we expect them to, but if you’d like some further insight into what’s impacting your score, you can visit your Score History page from the Overview tab on our app or you can check your Credit report insights from the Improve tab on our app to see what’s working well and how you can improve.
If you believe there is incorrect information on your credit report that’s impacting your score, you can raise a dispute from your TotallyMoney account or you can reach out to us by emailing [help@totallymoney.com](mailto:help@totallymoney.com) and we’ll look into this for you.

Not as useful as they once were.
I used this to check my scores and my balances across all my cards every month, usually twice a month, for the past ~4 years or so...
Here's how they've crapped out the service:
- you can still use the web browser based service, but it's been recently castrated so it's basically useless.
- they want you to use the app, but it's not great either and it doesn't show you the info you once had on the web browser based app.
- I can't login with my username password any more, cuz that'd be too easy. Now I have to switch to my email and get a code. It's not more secure. If you had both password + email auth code, THAT would be more secure. Now you're just a PITA.
This app was changed by people who don't themselves use the system. Their research shows that if they create a fancy app, they'll get more referrals to products (and thereby commissions). Who knows?
All I know now is that I can no longer get the info I needed either from the phone app, or the web app.
What a waste.

Brilliant company constant…
Brilliant company constant communication, keeps you in the “ loop” and self explanatory with how credit files work.
I was paying a subscription to another company for this type of service, but total money is free and better.
