Waste of time
Most of my credit cards are balance cleared every month besides that I reduce my total indebtedness every month by at least £500 yet my credit score although good has not changed since last March and at the rate I am going I will pay every thing off before the end of my interest free offers. So what more can I do to increase my score. They tell me it is bad to open new accounts yet I get bombarded with daily offers for new cards. Waste of time really

Incorrect electoral register status – years of complaints ignored
I have been battling with TotallyMoney for years over a blatant error on their website. They insist I am not on the electoral register, which is completely false I have checked with the local authority and I absolutely am. I have contacted their customer service team multiple times to correct this, provided the proof, and asked them to update their records. Despite my repeated attempts over several years, nothing has changed. Their system still shows the wrong information. This is incredibly frustrating as it harms my credit visibility. If they can't fix a simple public record error after years of notifications, I cannot trust their data or their customer support. Totally useless.

Why have you decided to discriminate?
Why have you decided to remove features from your website and force people to use your App?
This seriously inconveniences those:
1. With disabilities (in fact may fall foul of the Equality Act 2010)
2. In the security industry, with secure devices who cannot install unapproved apps
I won’t bother to login any more. I will use one of their many competitors.
It is shame as the site was the cleanest and clearest.

In regards to your loan offers, unfortunately the terms for these loans are set by the lenders and are offered based on your eligibility. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the options that you are being shown, although it is important to note that we add new products often and your eligibility can change at any time. Scam company
Scam company. Not registered with FCA . From FCA website ""This firm is not authorised by us but has been contacting people pretending to be an authorised firm"". No facility to opt out of their email messages. They even state you cannot do this on their website. Totally illegal. Have blocked them and complained to Financial Ombudsman and TRading Standards. Do not give them your personal information.

If free to use which is very good and it shows you everything that is in your file aswell has your credit score
Other ones charge a fee , I’ve been using it for many years

Pretty much pointless
No where near a true reflection of credit scores, compare it to Experian or Equifax and the number just don’t add up, this is all about generating referral fees for people signing upto cards, loans and bank counts etc, nothing more!

There are three different credit reference agencies: TransUnion, Equifax, Experian. We partner with TransUnion to provide you with your credit score and report.
Each credit reference agency uses different calculations and information to calculate your Credit Score, so its highly likely that your score will change between the three. They also use different scoring models:
TransUnion's credit score is out of a total of 710
Experian's credit score is out of a total of 1250
Equifax's credit score is out of a total of 1000
As TransUnion uses a smaller scoring model than Experian or Equifax, your score may show as a smaller number than the other two credit reference agencies.
Not all lenders will supply all three credit reference agencies with information, so if an account has not been indicated to Experian for example, it could mean that your score is higher or lower with Experian, depending on the nature of the account.
