They just want your money
They just want your money and don't care about you as a customer. Ordered racket including the racket weighing service as I needed specific lower weight: which i mentioned from the start. They charge 10 EUR for this which is already insane as most decent padel shops offer this for free and you can even get an exact weight. Despite clearly stating the goal of the racket weight was not disputed the offered me only rackets with a much higher weight. Non in the range i had mentioned. Afterwards they don't even try to provide you a solution besides ASKING ANOTHER 10 EUR 'maybe you get lucky now' - insane that this is the mentality. Never ordering here anymore. Found a perfect racket from another shop which just mailed me the available weights and actually try to help their clients. Not with Totalpadel.

I am writing regarding order #3389210, which I placed over a month ago. I still have not received the item, and despite my multiple attempts to contact you, I have received no response to my emails.
This lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I expect an immediate update on the status of my order, or a full refund. Please respond as soon as possible

After reviewing your order, it appears that the street number and phone number were missing from the shipping information. Because of this, the carrier was unfortunately unable to complete the delivery and the parcel has now been returned to sender.
Please rest assured that nothing has been lost. The package is currently on its way back to our warehouse, and as soon as we receive it, we will process your refund immediately. We are monitoring the return and will make sure the situation is resolved as quickly as possible.

Excellent customer service. I returned a defective item and they refunded me within two days. I am very satisfied. Other companies need to learn from this kind of customer service.

Totalpadel had the best price out af all the other company’s that where selling the racket I wanted. I had a problem so I mailed them and called them and they answered me instantly and they helped me so good. This is the best company for buying padel things there is!

Very very unclear import tax that was 40% of the total
Just bought a fairly decent padel racket from TotalPadel. Very surprised to have received a customs charge for £51 on top of the cost since neither the order email nor the checkout screens mentioned it. In fact, only once in the buying screens does it mention it (I missed it and missed it again when I asked them about it). This might not be illegal, not to mention anything on a pre-checkout order that this will be added, but it sure is not transparent at all. What was worse was that £12 of the £51 was a charge for the customs tax, not just the tax itself. So I paid 40% extra for this hidden duty.

As the UK is now outside of the EU, orders shipped there may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees charged by UK customs or the carrier. These charges are unfortunately outside of our control and are not collected by us.
When selecting the United Kingdom as the shipping country on our website, a notice appears on the front page with a link to a dedicated page explaining the potential customs fees and import taxes that may apply to UK orders.
We understand that these additional charges can be frustrating and we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving how this information is communicated.

Wo ist meine Bestellung?
Ich warte nun seit fast 4 Wochen auf meine Slinger Bag Padel um 1200€ und habe bis jetzt keine Versandbestätigung bekommen, angegeben waren 5-7 Tage Lieferzeit, das kann’s nicht sein…. Kundenservice reagiert zwar auf Anrufe und Nachrichten aber es bringt leider nichts… Betrug??

I had a terrible experience with…
I had a terrible experience with Totalpadel. I ordered a racket that arrived broken after just one month of play. Claimed it was due to "multiple impacts" despite breaking during normal gameplay. Their warranty doesn't cover it, saying it's "abnormal use".
I've had two rackets break like this from Totalpadel. Clearly a quality issue. Avoid ordering from them at all costs. Not worth the hassle.

Ehrlicher Tiefpreis-Garantie und schneller Versand
Kann den Händler für Padel-Equipment nur empfehlen.
Mehrere Schuhgrößen zur Auswahl bestellt und Abwicklung der Rücksendung war unkompliziert sowie die Erstattung zügig.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Testschlägerservice für 15€ sowie die Tiefpreis-Garantie die wirklich eingehalten wird. Habe den Schläger woanders günstiger entdeckt, kurz angerufen und nach 10 Minuten hatte ich ein aktualisiertes Angebot.
Gerne wieder!

Ho effettuato un ordine il 13 Novembre 2025, senza poi ricevere ulteriori aggiornamenti.
Qualche giorno fa invio una mail a TotalPadel, sperando di ricevere qualche novità positiva.
Oggi, 24 Novembre, ricevo una loro risposta in cui mi avvisano che il prodotto acquistato non è più disponibile.
Il prodotto in questione, tra l'altro, risulta tutt'ora acquistabile sul sito nonostante ciò che mi è stato detto dall'assistenza.
Se non l'avessi fatto io,
probabilmente non mi avrebbero mai contattato.
Completamente inaffidabili.

Le porgiamo le nostre più sincere scuse per aver lasciato online un articolo che non può essere riassortito, così come per la mancanza di aggiornamenti riguardanti il suo ordine. Si tratta di una situazione rara, ma quando accade è nostra responsabilità comunicare in modo chiaro e tempestivo, cosa che purtroppo, nel suo caso, non è avvenuta.

order never received and neither a refund
I ordered a Racket, a bag and some balls for padel. The parcel was never delivered and the support with the carrier was more than non existent. still waiting for anything like refund, parcel etc. and its now 4 weeks since it should have been delivered according to the carrier.

Retour impossible
J’ai reçu une carte cadeau de ce site et j’ai passé commande. Les chaussures reçues n’étaient pas à ma taille. J’ai donc effectUé un retour, qui n’a jamais été récupéré par l’entreprise. Apres échange avec le SAV, j’ai à nouveau renvoyé le colis, qui, à ce jour, n’a toujours pas été récupéré. Je pense que je peux oublier d’avoir un échange mais c’est scandaleux. Pas fiable. A éviter.
