Toyland Treasures Opiniões

I had a fantastic experience buying from this business! The website layout made it super easy to find age-appropriate toys, and the descriptions were clear and accurate. You can tell they truly care about quality and safety, which gives me complete peace of mind as a buyer. Shipping was fast, and the packaging kept everything safe and secure. It's rare to find a toy business that balances high-quality products with fast, reliable customer service. Keep doing what you're doing- you've made a repeat customer out of me!

Really happy with my purchase! The toys were exactly as described and great quality. The ordering process was smooth, and everything was packaged nicely. Will definitely be purchasing from them again and highly recommend this store 😊

Super helpful customer service. Fast dispatch and shipping.

I have ordered from Toyland Treasures multiple times and they have always delivered my items on time.

I was a bit skeptical at first since there didn’t seem to be a retail store tied to them, but after purchasing one time during their Christmas specials, I was delighted to see that my order arrived as described in the next few days. Their range and options are massive and they always have great deals during the festive seasons.

They also sometimes have products that are sold out in others stores or are discontinued so it’s great to have access to these products through them.

Would recommend Toyland Treasures to anyone looking to buy anything toy related!

This was the first time I ordered from Toyland Treasures and it won’t be the last time I order!

I cannot recommend Toyland Treasures highly enough! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding.

I recently had an issue with my order, and from the moment I contacted them, they were understanding, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. They listened, communicated clearly throughout the process, and resolved the problem within just 24 hours.

It's rare to find a business that stands behind its customers with such care and efficiency. Their willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one.

Thank you, Toyland Treasures, for your exceptional service, understanding, and incredibly fast resolution. You've earned a loyal customer, and I won't hesitate to recommend you to my family and friends. Keep up the fantastic work!

Awesome 🙌 Helpful staff and great products. Thank you.

They don’t post real reviews, twice I’ve attempted to leave an honest review of products I purchased and they won’t accept it because it isn’t 5 stars. Wouldn’t purchase from them again.

I was happy with Toyland. It would be 5 stars if they didnt use Aramex as a courier. The experience with the delivery was a nightmare. Shame as Toyland were efficient. Hopefully they find a new courier company and I will then shop with them again.

Amazing range of toys, customer service was fast to respond. Thank you team

Our granddaughter loves them. The only thing I will say negatively is that the hat for the Jessie doll doesn't fit and always falls off.

Perfect in every way it was exactly what I ordered my son loves it

Had a slight delivery delay with my order, but the Toyland team stepped in quickly and coordinated everything to ensure it arrived right on time. These were birthday presents for my children, so the on-time delivery meant the world to us. Great communication and problem-solving—thank you, Toyland!"
