Absolut disgusted with his first of all i asked i could order it online and collect in store and was told no so i ordered it online and got it delivered got an email from Aramex and was told it would be delivered took a day off work and lost a day wage due to this no call no email ohh and no one answered all day i expect compensation due to this

Nothing but a bunch of thieves!

I took my children in person to pick out their gifts from grandma using their gift card, only to be told they are no longer accepting gift cards after February? They said all they can do is offer 25% off. How does that make any sense on a $200 gift card, the money was already spent? Why should I have to pay more money to get my children gifts that weren't even from me?Not to mention 25% off, what a joke?! This is theft! I cannot believe the poor customer service regarding this situation! They should be reinbirsing families for gift cards if they arent allowing them to be used any longer.

Mi experiencia con Toys“R”Us ha sido nefasta

Mi experiencia con Toys“R”Us ha sido muy decepcionante. Realicé un pedido que nunca llegó, y aunque la propia empresa reconoció el error, la gestión posterior ha sido aún peor.

Después de más de dos meses, el servicio de atención al cliente no solo no me ha ofrecido una solución real, sino que insiste en que devuelva un producto que nunca he recibido. Además, la única “solución” que plantean es que vuelva a comprarlo, lo cual resulta totalmente inaceptable.

La atención recibida ha sido lenta, poco resolutiva y frustrante. Como cliente, esperaba al menos una compensación o una solución lógica ante un fallo evidente por parte de la empresa.

No recomiendo comprar aquí si surge algún problema con el pedido, ya que la gestión deja mucho que desear.

Toys R Us de Albacenter

Es increíble que vayas a comprar juguetes que ya de por si son carísimos y te digan que tienes que pagar por una bolsa de regalo porque no tienen papel para envolver los regalos, al móvil no paran de mandar mensajes pero eso sí cuando vas a pagar y das tú DNI te dicen que tus datos no están actualizados, vamos un desastre el Toys "R" Us de Albacete y en concreto el de Albacenter, la atención dejó mucho que desear y los servicios terribles

Cancelación del pedido sin avisar

Realizo un pedido on-line con bastante tiempo y con fecha prevista por seur varios días antes de reyes. Por casualidad a dia 1 miro el estado de mi pedido y esta "cancelado". Tras email y eternos minutos de espera consigo hablar con un agente que me dice que no sabe el motivo pero si que esta cancelado. Por lo que dice que de 5 a 7 días me reembolsan el dinero. Me quedo sin regalo de Reyes y sin 70 euros que tardaran en remmbolsar una semana porque trabajan fatal. Además en ningún momento me llegaron a comunicar que el pedido había sido cancelado para que pudiera "arreglar " la situación. Le pongo 1 estrella porque no puedo ponerle 0. Un desastre.

Muy mala experiencia con el pedido online

En primer lugar su transportista SEUR tuvo una actuación desastrosa. Una demora muy importante que acabó con el deterioro del paquete. Yo no llegué a recibir nunca mi pedido. Ante esta situación Toys R Us la única solución que me ofreció fue volver a realizar la compra on line e ir a la tienda a recogerla. Es decir volver a pagar los juguetes perdiendo la oferta del descuento y que ellos posteriormente ya me realizarian el abono. Encuentro inaudito que yo, después del perjuicio que me estaban causando, tuviera que volver a pagar i pasar a recogerlo por una tienda. Pues no conseguí que me ofrecieran ninguna otra solución. Por lo tanto mi experiencia ha sido nefasta.

compra on-line para recoger en tienda y pago inmediato con tarjeta. Después recibo un correo de que el juguete no está disponible ni saben si lo van a reponer y que el reembolso del importe me lo harán en unos siete dias laborables. Primera y última compra que hago

Toys R Us and Aramex Are the Absolute Worst!

Toys R Us and Aramex have the worst service, with no communication, followed by misinformation to try save their skin.

Over Black Friday I ordered nappies online, which were supposed to arrive about 7 days later, when these didn't arrive. It took us calling them to find out what the issue was. It turned out that between Toysrus and Aramex, they got the address wrong.
"Don't worry, we fixed it now, you'll get your order in 48 hours." This is when the lies and misinformation began.

Two days passed, still no communication from either. It's now about 10 days after the order was placed, we're nearing Christmas and no one has figured out how phones work on their side.

Now we explicitly request that they please phone before delivering, as we may not be home and they need a code to enter.

A week after they were meant to deliver, this is now after initial 10 days of endless failure to communicate, deliver and and send notifications. Toys R Us refers us to Aramex, who their supplier, not the place we ordered from and paid.

On 18 December, nearly a month after the order, Aramex sends a saying "your delivery was successfully dropped" or whatever they write. By now you're wondering if they called as we requested, well....I'm sorry to thwart your dreams, but no. They only receive calls, not make them. They take your money and make promises with no intentions of keeping them.

Here's the absolute cherry, they claimed the items were left with security but that's not true. And this we found out after we phoned them. The order still hasn't been delivered it's a few days before Christmas and we may never see our order or the money.

I wouldn't recommend anyone shop online from Toys R Us, and run for the hills if Aramex is involved.

I placed an online order over a week…

I placed an online order over a week ago. I contacted them to ask why it hadn’t shipped. They replied saying they’d look into it. Minutes later, I got a cancellation email. The item is still listed as in stock on their website so I have no clue why it was canceled. Now it’s too late to order elsewhere before Christmas. Very frustrating that it takes a week for them to figure out they’re going to cancel.

Trato inmejorable por parte de la trabajadora Laura y la pequeña duda que teníamos nos la resolvió muy amablemente la encargada.

Toys R Us lying about stock, misleading order information, and ruining a special experience for a DYING woman. Dont trust this bloody company!

We ordered my daughter birthday gift from her great grandma (who doesn't have much time left) SPECIFICALLY after we made sure the store had stock of the item. There where only 3 stores in Cape Town with stock, inuding the one nearest to us, so we ordered there.
We received a message saying that the order is 'Ready to pick' - and we, like idiots (that is sarcastic, PLEASE change your wording), that that meant Ready to pick up. Because why on gods green earth would it mean something else- order being processed, order being finalized, whatever makes sense. Please explain to me how READY TO PICK doesn't make any customer assume that that means PICK UP. From a store that we CHECKED had stock.
Go to pick up today and they don't have it. I realise this isn't the poor cashiers fault, because he has no control over this.
But Toys R Us do! What the hell?
Now great grandma won't be able to see her gift being opened at the party, and she won't make it till the next birthday. And apparently orders can't be picked up between black Friday and Monday?
Like what the actual hell! My daughter is 2, she won't notice. But do you know who will? Her great gran who is slowly succumbing to altzheimers and WILL NOT have an opportunity to experience this again.
Honestly, how dare you? We took the time to look online to make sure we place the order at a store that had stock.
I mean, this is not only inexcusable, its just plainly lying to your customers.
I have never been so disgusted in a franchise before. Seriously? Ready to pick doesn't mean pick up? Whats wrong with you? Who would use such misleading language?
Also, I do apologize to the cashier that I raised my voice to. It wasn't his fault.
It was YOUR fault.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING IS A LIE

Received a gift. Wanted to return it as it was a duplicate, but return shipping was $20. Policy states that it should be a FREE return. Contacted chat and email customer service. No response on the chat. The email inquiry was responded to: my other questions were answered, but when I pressed on the free return shipping matter (I asked 2-3 times through the email exchange), no further response. My inquiry was just ignored.
Do better, Toys R Us. Your prices are higher than other retailers for the same items. Your customer service should be better. And who charges $20 for return shipping???

Pésimo

Pésimo. Tenían una promoción de aniversario, te daban un cupón por valor del 40% de tu compra para usar en una segunda compra. Hago la primera compra no llega el cupón. Tras reclamarlo varias veces me llega, pero llega justo después de las rebajas por lo que ahora puedo usar el cupón pero todo es más caro (de esto la tienda se desentiende). Compro la segunda compra con el cupón y me sale a pagar 3'80 euros. Se rechaza el pago. En otras tiendas uso la misma tarjeta sin problema alguno. Escribo para que me den de nuevo el cupón, lo único que me dicen es que puede tardar días. El cupón se puede usar hasta el día 16, supongo que me lo resolverán el 17. Y al final, todos los juguetes de su web mucho más baratos en cualquier otro sitio.

Penoso

Penoso, hemos comprado una bicicleta de 26" para mi hijo. La bicicleta ha venido mal, ya que el disco de freno roza con la pinza. En atención al cliente, me indican que tengo que llevar la bicicleta a la tienda y que tramitan la garantía. Si lo compré online, porque no dispongo de transporte donde me quepa la bicicleta. Ahora se lavan las manos... La ley es muy clara al respecto:

La ley española (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, o TRLGDCU) establece que la gestión de la garantía debe ser gratuita para el consumidor.

Específicamente, el Artículo 120 de esta ley indica que la gratuidad de la reparación o sustitución comprende "los gastos de envío, el transporte, la mano de obra o materiales."

Si no dan solución acabaremos en los juzgados.

Son unos impresentables

Son unos impresentables, hice el pedido de 90 euros para el cumpleaños de mi nieto el día 3 de julio, y a día de hoy(4 de agosto) ni llegó el paquete ni me devuelven el dinero. Esto es de traca , para denunciar y que paguen bien. NO SE JUEGA CON LA ILUSIÓN DE UN NIÑO. Sinvergüenzas
