I was looking for large float valve arms and I was impressed that they were available at such a great price.

Complete experience slick.
From ordering to delivery cannot fault them.

£17 delivery costs for four small items... that is a complete joke, you might need to find other delivery options.  You have lost a sale today.

Internet order.
Easy to select products with good product information and excellent pricing.
Immediate confirmation of order and advised delivery schedule.
Would recommend this company based on my purchasing experience.

The delivery was very slow to dispatch and when received three items were wrong. I telephoned to report the issue and was on hold for a long time. When I asked for the replacement items to be sent the same day as we needed them on a job I was told that wasn't possible. The communication was very poor but the replacements did eventually arrive the following week. Not good enough service so we won't be a returning customer.

Delivered what I wanted, when I wanted.

Easy ordering ,good value and delivery good as well.Pleased with my purchase.

Item delivered in timely manner as specified

Site was easy to navigate and my order arrived when promised

Made several calls to shop as no one answered phone. No delivery updates or notifications. Product damaged on inspection, manufacturing defect.

good communication quick delivery very happy

Stocked exactly what I needed, at a reasonable price, and got it to me quickly.
