One of fave aussie retailers!!!
One of my very first purchases from TB was a pair of purple fluffy leg warmers. That’s how long I’ve been a customer….. and I can safely say that they go above and beyond for their customers. I returned an item ages ago and there was no issues. Communication is brilliant, open and honest. I just wish TB was located in Melbourne and not Queensland so I could do massive click and collects lol!! Great collection of items from various brands, definitely plus size inclusive.

I have been shopping at Tragic Beautiful for about 8 years, I have never had a bad experience. I shop online most of the time and their products always look the same as in the pictures. In store I find the staff to be friendly and fun. I love this store.

Amazing team, amazing clothes. Such a great range, the staff are so helpful and friendly. I've brought from these guys several times and never been disappointed. Even the turn around for an exchange for size change was quick, easy and I was kept informed the entire time. Highly recommend.

Excellent service each time
Each order has been shipped so shortly after my order and they include little gifts if you're a VIP (which is free to join which is a nice bonus!). Each item is of extremely high quality for its price point and worth the money spent. The ladies are so kind and willing to help you with any inquiry you have! I really appreciate that they are also super ethical with their selection. Such a wonderful company that I look forward to purchasing from every time.

Excellent service
As a slightly larger than life lady I absolutely adored the easy to follow style and size guides for each of the brands (killstar and restyle are my faves). I went and picked it up as I'm not a huge fan of delivery because I like to meet and talk to the customer service team and may I say they made my experience totally professional and kind to boot. I 100% reccomend!!!

Best alternative store!
Wonderful customer service! I ordered shoes on pre order and a dress, but ended up needing to exchange for different sizes. They were incredibly helpful and quick in organising the exchange for me. Can't recommend them enough!!

Truly horrible experience
Truly horrible experience. They have incorrect size guides listed for killstar items. I purchased a hoodie based on these guides. The hoodie I recieved is 40cm larger than advertised.
Upon complaining they said its because its oversized.
There are other companies in Australia selling the same things and they have way better customer service.

Hi Libby, As mentiond in our emails yesterday, we are very sorry you are not happy. The hoodie you purchased is advertised as an oversized hoodie, and you purchased by the size guide expecting it to be a much smaller fit. I completely understand you weren't happy that the size you purchased was too large. We do try to mitigate this happening with a clear description labelling it as 'oversized' and many pics showing the item where it is clearly a couple sizes larger on the model than usual.
We offered a range of solutions for you, trying to offer a gesture of goodwill by including paying all your return postage internationally, sending you the correct size at our cost, and holding the correct size for you until it came back if you didn't want to repurchase before the return arrived.
The only solution you would accept was keeping the hoodie that didn't fit plus getting another hoodie at almost half price. We do need to receive items back when they don't fit, and someone would have been very happy to receive that hoodie as there were none left in that size.
I feel like by offering to pay expensive return postage internationally, plus pay the cost of sending the correct sized hoodie to back you was a fair and generous offer in this scenario, and am sorry you are still not happy with this. In fact this does go above and beyond what any other online store would offer in a scenario where they were not in the wrong. Every business that stocks this item is using the same size chart, the same description of oversized to let people know it is loose fitting and larger than normal, and have the same or less leniant return policies than us.
If there is another option you can think of then please let me know and we can start again, and move forward to resolve this. Mel

Great website!! Bought a pair of shoes from there and they came very quickly. All the way to Australia just a week after I bought them, PLUS I got them on pre-order! Highly recommend and the website is also compatible with Honey just in case you want to save money :)

Honestly this store is #1 !! Its such a nice and easy website to use and they actually have an accurate sizing chart!!!
