Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from TransNusa.
My flight was cancelled and rescheduled twice, leaving me with no reasonable option but to book alternative travel at my own expense in order to return home to my children. This resulted in over $1,100 AUD in additional costs.
I have contacted the airline multiple times and sent a formal complaint, yet after more than a week I have received no response or acknowledgment.
For an airline, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable — especially when customers are left stranded and financially impacted due to repeated cancellations.
I am now forced to escalate this matter to aviation and consumer protection authorities.
I would strongly urge others to reconsider booking until customer support and communication improve.
