Excellent customer support
For My Canada Trip I was using Skyscanner to track air flight and used Traveasy to book my onward journey from Chennai to Vancouver. But by oversight I had booked in February instead of March, Once I realised my mistake I contacted Traveasy customer service, even though it was Sunday I was able to connect with Deepak from customer service. He was very professional and calmly assured my dears and spent around 6+ hours to get me and my wife alternate tickets keeping in consideration our age (65+) and transit conditions and was able to get us a cost effective alternate tickets. My Heartfelt thanks for his support and dedication of Deepak in Resolving the issue

Great User Experience
Easy User interface. Clear Messaging and Complete information required to make booking, like luggage info, ticket info, was available.
Their Customer Service center called within 15 minutes of my booking to check and offer other options like insurance, upgrades etc. OVERALL a very satisfactory and good experience.

Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Meal was shown as included at booking but denied during international travel. Chat support is unresponsive. This is misleading and unacceptable. I would never use service from Traveasy in the future.

We would like to clarify that a fare difference was identified by the airline after the booking was placed. The total increase was over ₹2,000, of which the majority was absorbed by us. You were requested to pay ₹775 only, which was agreed to and paid, following which the ticket was issued successfully. We hope you understand.

This company is fraud making fool …
First time I booked with this website before this is used ly.com to book mainly air india tkt yesterday I booked 5 tkts delhi to Bangkok fare was shown 65225 on other website it was 66000 after making payment i didn't recieved tkt it was showing stats HK that means pnr is on hold after 1 hr i received a call and that person told me that the amount I have paid is not enought to confirm all the tkts only can be confirmed in this amount I have to pay 1180 rs more for confirmation of rest 2 tkts i said ok he sent me payment link and amount was double i again called him and he told me that 1180 rs per pax for 2 pax if I will pay I will get all confirmed tkts this was my experience with this travel company they are fraud making fool of people taking money showing less fare once you make payment you are trapped and extortion starts from here I would rate 0 if there will be any option.

We believe this review is misleading and factually incorrect. The ticket was successfully issued from our end at the best price available at the time. At no stage did the booking reflect an “HK” (on-hold) status. Our system records and screenshots clearly show that the ticket was issued and confirmed, making your HK-related claim inaccurate.
Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. They claim to offer additional discounts on AirTickets, but the reality is they are adding their sister company's GST number to the customer's booked Air Tickets to claim GST credits for themselves. This is a major scam run by their India-based office. I have already filed a consumer complaint against them.

Traveasy is misleading and operates like a scam
I booked my airline ticket on Traveasy at the price shown on their website and completed the payment. After the booking was made, they kept my ticket on hold and contacted me asking me to pay extra money, saying the fare had increased. They also told me that if I did not pay the extra amount, my only option was to cancel and wait 15 days for a refund.
What is shocking is that even three days after my booking, the same price was still showing on their website, with no increase at all. This clearly shows that their claim about fare increase was false.
This is a classic bait-and-switch practice — they attract customers with a low price, take the payment, then pressure you to pay more or wait weeks to get your money back.
Traveasy is not transparent, not honest, and not trustworthy. Please do not get fooled by their agents. It is far safer to book directly with airlines or well-known travel platforms

The applicable refund timeline of up to 15 working days is in line with standard banking and payment gateway processing norms.
Additionally, your observation that a similar price appeared on the website in the following days does not indicate confirmed fare availability. Website prices are indicative only and may reflect cached or alternate inventory; availability is confirmed solely at the time of ticket issuance.

It is not mentioned anywhere on the ticket how much luggage or baggage a person is allowed to carry while traveling.
The ticket does not contain any information or details about the permitted quantity or weight of luggage that can be taken along during the journey.

We would like to clarify that the lowest fare selected by you at the time of booking was a hand baggage-only fare. This fare type does not include checked baggage. Many major airlines and travel agencies now offer and advertise hand baggage–only fares at lower prices, which is the reason checked baggage was not included or mentioned in this booking.
Please note that baggage allowance is governed entirely by the airline and varies depending on the fare type selected at the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
