Travel Buddy UK Opiniões

The whole process of booking the holiday in the Hanham branch was very easy and professional and as a solo traveller I felt confident with the arrangements made for my trip.

Communication was brilliant thank u xx

From the initial booking of our holiday right through to our arrival home, the service from travelbuddy was excellent! I dealt with April throughout and she was really helpful with everything, providing me with regular updates and important information, especially around Covid. The hotel was superb and the flights were very good.
I will definitely be booking my next holiday with travelbuddy!

The person I spoke to was very helpful answered all my questions with professional and informed information very good I have booked with this company.

Absolutely fantastic company the customer service is 5* Darren went above and beyond to help me find our holiday, will definitely be using again and again 😀

Very helpful staff. Darren puts everything into finding you the perfect holiday. And more importantly they don’t pressure you to book. Fantastic company, we will be using them for all of our holidays from now on.

First class service from Darren and the team. Highly recommended , nothing was too much trouble for them

Very happy with everything, got s great deal and a 5 star service

After being let down by a major tour operator (cancelled flights and put price of holiday up by £1.5k to fly two days later), it was such a relief to be able to phone a travel agent and have someone pick up the phone straight away.
April at Hanham, Bristol sorted similar holiday with no fuss and then sorted it again with no fuss when I needed to change the flights.
I would advise anyone to book through Travel Buddy because they are able to match many online prices and the fact you can get hold of someone without waiting in a two hour queue really is invaluable.

Magical villa suggested within our budget. Delighted with service and call handling

Just booked villa in Lanzarote for new year 2002, great service, Darren went out his way to help, would definitely recommend this company.
