Booked with April who is very quick to respond to my messages and very helpful!

Great service from April very quick response and easy to deal with. Will be using again

We had a wonderful experience with Travel Buddy. They were really responsive and knowledgeable. There was plenty of communication all along the way and we felt confident and relaxed about all the tiny details. We will definitely be back and I think that says it all. Thank you Travel Buddy.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Skiathos in Greece. As a family of 5 with a limited budget our holidays are really important to us and we really want to get them right. Travel Buddy have been absolutely brilliant, they have been generous with their time and their personal recommendations and tips have made for such a perfect holiday for all the family. Even when there was a minor issue outside of their control at the start their response and support was exceptional insuring that it had absolutely no impact on our holiday.

As a specific comment on Skiathos would totally recommend it as a destination - flying directly on to the island means that it feels like your holiday starts so easily and quickly and even at the end we were still on the beach 1 hr before check in. Oh and the island is beautiful, the beaches are stunning, the food is delicious and in our experience the car hire and public transport are both really brilliant too.

Easy and very helpful process booking our 30th wedding anniversary trip to Barbados! Thank you so much x

April at Travel Buddy goes and above and beyond with her service and attention to detail. We have had two amazing tailor-made holidays from Buddy Travel and have just booked another trip for this year. We are looking forward to the next adventure. Thank you April for all you hard work getting our perfect holiday organised.

Excellent Service from April, quickly found the perfect destination for me and my family.
no fuss or drama just results.
all encompassing package and details like booking seats for us to sit together without asking was just lovely.

I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the unbelievably good customer service provided by April at Travel Buddy. Her dedication and hard work were instrumental in making our holiday to the Maldives a reality, despite significant challenges. An unexpected medical event and the current conflict in the Gulf placed our travel plans at considerable risk. April expertly guided us through all available options and managed our expectations effectively. She undertook a substantial amount of work to secure alternative flights, avoiding Middle Eastern transport hubs. Throughout this process, April maintained exceptional professionalism and courtesy while addressing our numerous inquiries. The level of service I received from April and Travel Buddy was truly amazing and surpassed any previous experience. It genuinely felt as though April was as invested in the success of our holiday as I was. I wholeheartedly recommend Travel Buddy to everyone and will undoubtedly be returning to book my next holiday with your company.

Efficient friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. 😊
