Re-think if considering buying gift vouchers
Various family members bought us gift vouchers for this company as a wedding present under the misbelief that they were simply Jet2 Holiday vouchers.
Though staff are very helpful, I found process of having to telephone the company to book anything with the vouchers both inconvenient and outdated. The offers / prices on the website also didn't seem in keeping with the actual options available when discussed over the phone.
Aside from the inconvenience of the booking process, my biggest grievance with the company is the astronomical prices when compared with other service operators / booking platforms. In effect, the inflation of the prices renders the gift vouchers to have at least a third less monetary value.
I think the branding of the travel vouchers with reference to Jet2 is misleading and it saddens me to think how upset my family members would be if they knew that the thoughtful gift they believed they had bought us had, in reality, been difficult to use and of much less value than they had kindly spent.

To clarify, our gift vouchers are not directly affiliated with Jet2 Holidays in terms of being sold as Jet2-branded vouchers on our website we do provide full clarity at point of sale the voucher must be used with Inspire directly and not Jet 2 holidays. However, we do partner with Jet2 Holidays, and we are able to book Jet2 Holidays for customers through our team over the phone where available.
Also our vouchers can be used across a wide range of travel providers and holiday options available through our booking system, with pricing and availability based on live supplier rates at the time of booking. This means the options shown online can sometimes differ from those available when speaking directly with our team.
We are a fully licensed travel agent and our prices are competitive, reflecting real-time availability, supplier costs, and any included services or support provided throughout the booking process. However, we appreciate that value for money is subjective, and we are sorry that on this occasion you feel the experience did not reflect the value you expected.
We also understand your comments regarding the booking process. While some bookings do require support over the phone to ensure accuracy and to apply vouchers correctly, we continually review our processes to improve convenience for our customers.

Don't buy a Inspire Gift card for…
Don't buy a Inspire Gift card for friends or family. they want to charge 100 pounds more for the same holiday as Hoseasons charge, making a 250 pound Gift Voucher worth 150 pounds. It's a rip off. Will be getting in touch with watchdog, hopefully to alert people before buying. Understand they need to make a charge but 100 pounds is so wrong.

Paul Warrington was great
Paul Warrington was great, I eventually booked a holiday through him and the sales staff are great at their roles. Unfortunately I had to discuss with their support staff the large mark up that they put onto the holidays which isn’t well advertised, an Experian holiday for example could cost you 35% more booked through travelbyinspire. To reiterate though, Paul was great it’s just that the mark up is a lot in my opinion. I had a voucher for them so I couldn’t book direct with Experian.

Patient and supportive
I had a fantastic experience booking through Inspire, thanks to Paul. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and showed amazing patience while I was getting quite stressed about the booking process.
Paul went above and beyond by contacting P&O Cruises directly for us and managed to secure exactly the room we were looking for. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole experience much smoother.
I really appreciated his calm and supportive approach, it made a huge difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to use inspire again and would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking for a hassle-free booking experience.

Even though I booked a hotel which had…
Even though I booked a hotel which had free cancellation this company will charge £50 per person to cancel the booking. Their prices are higher than competitors and I only booked through their website as had received a gift card as present. Tried to change booking dates to be advised that £50 per person charges also apply. Will not use again. Plenty of cheaper alternatives

I had a voucher that I couldn’t get accepted whilst booking a trip.
Got a call back from Keith who was amazing booked everything for me also getting me a sea view and booked our seats on the plane.
Such a great service especially as couldn’t get the payment to go through on my Husband’s credit card he phoned me back with another way and sorted it for us.

I made a lounge booking through Inspire…
I made a lounge booking through Inspire which was incorrectly processed and booked for the wrong time on three occasions. In addition, I was charged incorrectly. When I queried this, I was initially told it was due to commission, which was later confirmed by another agent to be an error. I wish I had booked directly with the lounge. I would advise others to be cautious when using this company and to carefully check both bookings and pricing information.
