I found the site easy enough to use, although I noticed hotel prices came up to pay per person for a long time. Now it's coming up per night, so they may have changed that recently. This site operates with the intention to take as much money from their customers as possible. The prices are already much higher than other operators and once they know you are interested the prices quickly change. I wanted to book a hotel room, after thinking about it for a few hours I decided to book and realised the price had risen £50 a third of the original price. I called customer service to inquire how the prices could have gone up so much in just a few hours. The advisor was not helpful, and his response was frustrating, to say the least. I later decided on another hotel room. After resting my phone down for 5 minutes while I did something, I came back to find the price had increased by £10. In a matter of minutes. This company is a con.

Got a £50 voucher to use with TUI as a wedding gift, however you can not use it if you have already booked a holiday with TUI, you have to booked only with them where the prices are higher,

Before purchase and within the voucher terms and conditions, it is advised that bookings must be made through Inspire Travel in order for the voucher to be redeemed. Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be retrospectively applied to bookings already made directly with TUI or any other supplier.
We would also like to reassure you that we remain competitive within the market, with pricing subject to live availability, supplier rates, package inclusions, and booking conditions at the time of search.

Holiday win
I contaced travel by inspire after winning a lifestyle giftcard voucher from Screwfix. The whole process was explained and made easy by Paul. I found a holiday on the easyjet website and Paul booked the same holiday for me. He went over the details a few times to make sure everything was correct and confirmation was emailed within minutes. We are now looking forward to our holiday courtesy of screwfix and travel by inspire.

UK hotel bookings more expensive via inspire
Have recently booked 2 UK hotels through Inspire travel site, to use up the £ value I had on a travel card. The process for booking and availability of hotels was good, however each hotel would have been significantly cheaper had I booked directly with the hotel or other travel comparison sites (I checked other sites when booking and approx £50-£60 less for the same hotel room each time). As I had money on a card which was expiring, I used Inspire card anyway, but I wouldn't use again.
