Always efficient and reliable
I’ve been using Travel China Guides a few times over the years to book train tickets. Always great experience. They are quick to respond and the service is very efficient. Without their service it would be stressful for a foreign passport holder to navigate the train booking system in China. Highly recommended!

Excellent. Train tickets booked for me direct and travelled no problem. Tour in Beijing all arranged to plan and was to a very high standard. Beijing was extremely busy over labour day weekend so bear that in mind when planning travel dates as getting round the city was slow progress in the car!

The train booking service worked very well. No problems at all. It took a little while to receive the confirmation but other than that it was easy to understand and we had no problems

Excellent service, reliable and efficient
Excellent service, I booked a whole bunch of train tickets through them and everything went smoothly. They were very efficient and reliable, and my booking went through a few changes but they were able to accomodate very quickly and without a hitch. They also advised good options when some of my trains were cancelled by the train company. I highly recommend

The service provided by Wendy Lee (Travel Consultant): Very responsive and efficient! Although our arrival @ 0200hrs to KUNMING, she considered we were with young children and arranged the guide and driver to pick us up to our hotel for rest.
The itinerary were well informed and updated via responsive email.
We are also happy and satisfied with the service and attitude of the guide and driver.

Excellent service
Excellent service. We had requested tickets just before the New Year Bank Holiday and initially it appeared they were all sold out. However, 24 hours later they managed to secure tickets for us.

Easy to book and also to pay (Paypal). All information about how to get into the train station and also the train is provided. If any trouble, there's is a consultant available to help you.
Only "but": booking seems to be manual so it is not "immediate", usually takes 24h to get the actual reservation.

Very satisfied with their services
Very prompt in responses (it's like they work 24/7!), strong command of English (I was pleasantly surprised) from officers who attended to my emails. Ordering process is fuss-free and smooth. I will definitely utilize their services again if I visit China in the future.

Highly recommend travel China guide to everyone who wants to visit China
I visited Beijing in November, 2024. As you may know, many places need to reserve the entrance ticket before hand, and the most difficult to get ticket is for the Forbidden City, especially difficult for foreigners, almost impossible. Luckily, I found the travel China guide website and reserved the ticket through their service. The service is very reliable and the communication is very good. Christina even offered to help me to book the ticket for the Tiananmen Gate Tower, which is impossible to get through other channels that are only open to the Chinese citizen. Highly recommend travel China guide to everyone who wants to visit China.

I have recently booked train tickets…
I have recently booked train tickets for an event we hosted in Beijing for 16 delegates. The service was excellent with good responses to all my queries. Christina Zhao put my mind at rest as this was the first experience of booking rail travel in China. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
