Perfect service
We ordered several train tickets in China, we got all the tickets in the schedule we asked for except for one that was not available and they gave us alternative very quick. Great customer service. We had to cancel one person from the tickets and they manage everything fast and professionally. We had some issue with the bank with the refund and they help us all the way. For sure I’ll contact them again for my next trip to China.

Amazing service. Highly recommended!
I had an absolutely amazing experience! I contacted them to help arrange multiple train tickets for a two-weeks trip to China, 9 tickets in total across different routes. They managed to secure all of them. Additionally, they were extremely proactive, always coming back quickly with great alternative routes and schedules so I never had to worry about missing out. Communication was fantastic, they were always available, responsive, and happy to answer every question. Their dedication, efficiency, and attention to detail made the whole process enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommended!!!

Tickets for trains and attractions
Tcg is absolutely top to set everything about your journey in China.
They are always up to answer your questions before and after purchasing.
In case (for us just one time of 5 different trains) of no tickets available they are ready to purpose another solution.
For every ticket purchased, instructions are clear and effective.

I travelled to China alone, so any support would be appreciated. When I found Travel China Guide online, I didn't expect that they would spare me so much stress: the booking process both for train tickets and a guided tour to Forbidden City went extremely smoothly, so smoothly in fact, that I had to go online to check the reviews as I thought it couldn't be that easy. But it was! The correspondence with the agent on my case went without one single problem: Christina is knowledgeable, professionsl, delivers excellent customer service, and thinks fast on her feet. Besides, her English is fantastic.
The instructions and descriptions I got were clear, to the point, and easy to follow.
The Guide, Lisa is professional, possesses good knowledge of the subject, and a great sense of humour.

Makes travel in China much easier
It was nice to have our train tickets appear in our email and not have to worry about it. I think the China Rail system can be stressful since you don't know if you get your tickets or not until 2 weeks before. Having booked through this company meant we were always given many alternative options if trains were sold out. We booked trains for a 40 day trip through them and it was perfect.

Came through when I needed to make many changes.
Needed to get High Speed Train Ticket on short (<1 week) notice. Also had to change the date for travel 2 times within a 24 hour timeframe. Each time, the agent (Maria) was able to get me a ticket that meet my timing requirements for departure and arrival. Given the short timeframe, the task was probably not an easy one. I am glad that Travel China Guide hires people like her - she made what would have been a miserable experience for me very easy and painless.
I also liked that they had an easy-to-use website where I could see the options for where trains departed from, where they arrived into different stations in Shanghai, and whether they were High Speed or not. This made initial planning much easier.
The ability to pay the cost difference using an on-line site was also valuable to me. It was easy to access and make the payment.
I will definitely be using them again in the future as I travel through China.

Shameful Company
this company has exaggerated commissions, furthermore for each reservation there are problems, both with trains (where their website can deceive in the selection of the route), up to the entrances of palaces, museums, parks, where after having booked they tell you that something is no longer available, it is a company that takes advantage of tourists, it tries in every way to defraud tourists, if you have problems with train tickets they will try to sell you other tickets in order to earn more, shameful company, it deserves to go bankrupt and pay!!!!

First, regarding the service fees: we charge $3-$6 per successfully issued ticket, which allows us to maintain a team dedicated to assisting customers with bookings and after-sales support, including real-time monitoring of availability and immediate alternatives if tickets sell out, which we consider a key advantage of our service. While, if clients do not accpet the alternatives, we issue full refund without charging any fees.
We take your claim of "deceptive route selection on our website" very seriously. However, our website undergoes regular maintenance, and we haven’t identified any issues affecting route accuracy. We suppose it is for your journey from Chengdu to Lijiang: you intended to travel to Lijiang, the reservation you submitted specified Liyang (a different city in an opposite direction). We are sorry for the misunderstanding since we issued the tickets strictly based on the route you booked. When you contacted us about this, you were already on the train to Liyang. Given there are no direct trains from Liyang to Lijiang, our recommended route was to disembark at Chongqing and connect via Kunming. We were pleased to learn you opted for a more time-efficient flight from Chongqing to Lijiang instead.
We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and hope it did not significantly impact your travel experience. A5 star rating for my way in advanced booking of trains and places of attraction with Travel China Guide. When train tickets are released, and preferred tickets are over-subscribed, Cissy, the travel consultant would implement my 2nd preference almostly instantly and with such efficiency. In addition, having to deal with only 1 person certainly helps with issues arising. Excellent service that is truly beyond my expectation. Thank you.

Successfully booked train tickets for Zhangjiajie and Shanghai
Successfully booked train tickets for Guilin->Zhangjiajie and Hangzhou->Shanghai. Company could not reserve 1st class train ticket for Guilin trip due to limited availability but communicated timely and helped to reserve 2nd class tickets. Refund for the difference was provided timely.

Golden Triangle & Yangtze tour.
I booked the Golden Triangle & Yangtze tour which I took for the first couple of weeks of this month. From the moment I landed in Beijing to leaving from Shanghai, everything was meticulously planned and ran like clockwork. It was a brilliant and fascinating couple of weeks, the guides spoke perfect English and were very informative, and the organization from Wendy Lee from start to finish was perfect.
