The customer service of this company are not at all helpful and just do not care about customer service, I would like everyone to avoid this company for booking of their flights as they cheats.

My mothers flights itinerary was changed by the airline and no information was sent to us, when I tried to contact them to change the date as the time rebooked by the airline was not suitable for my mother to travel first of all no answers to emails and then when you get through on the phone they are absolutely rude.

They do not show any empathy. Even though I have explained many times that the airline has changed my flights, which is not suitable to me and how is that my fault, They just don't care, giving false information that my flight ticket is not changeable when clearly the airline confirms it is changeable but they do not care what the airline is saying. Travelgenio just want you to loose your money and book another flight.

05/08/2022 - Emails have been replied to and only false hopes and lies over emails that we are looking into your problem but no solutions when the solution is as simple as changing the date and asking the customer to pay the small charge or difference in fare which negligible as per the Airline.

Nearly missed flight as no communication that flight had been changed.
The worst part is that I have had no response at all to my numerous complaints. I was told a month ago that if I emailed customer service a specialised agent would help me, but nothing. Shockingly bad company.

My wife & I have booked airline tickets to Antigua using Travelgenio. We paid our money then got a confirmation email with e-tickets. A short while later we got another email from Travelgenio saying our return flight had been changed to one which would leave three days earlier. As this was not suitable I clicked on the link to say so and this gave us the option to choose a different flight home. We received another email from Travelgenio titled “Involuntary change” and saying our request had been recorded on their system and would be managed by one of their agents. It also stated that we would be contacted in a few days by one of their agents. Two weeks later we have heard nothing and cannot for the life of us find a phone number to speak with a member of Travelgenio to resolve our flight home from Antigua.

Yesterday i booked my ticket for my sister and she is going to travel to Azerbaijan, she needs to show this ticket at airport for return confirmation.
Please share this ticket as soon as possible. I have checked email, spam and junk i still not receive it.

No agent has contacted me from Travelgenio I have send dozen of mails to there customer care since last week , booking id 21248827

Disgusting service!!! If I could give zero starts I would.
I paid extra to insure my ticket and now need to amend my booking as have been emailed about a flight change. Absolutely no way of getting through to them!!! Both email addresses have come back saying not monitored. Keep getting told to sort on ‘my trips’ but can’t as won’t accept my email address, yet that email is the one they have contacted me on!
Twice spent over an hour and half trying to speak to someone on phone and then cut off!
There is no customer service and no way of trying to sort. A huge rip off and it’s appalling service .

Received the reply from Travel Genio - see below. Guess what? Did what they said and still just keep getting the response they can’t match email address!!! How on earth can’t they just sort and actually phone!!! I fear money has been lost.

TravelGenio is a genuine scam company, no matter what they claim. It has several phantom country telephone numbers (most of which do not have either humans or voice mail at the other end). It operates 9-5, which is useless for an international firm that claims to provide global service through diverse time zones. You can not contact a staffer/employee, and if you are lucky enough to connect after many days or weeks (if you have the stamina), they pawn you off saying you will get an email from "the other Department", that never comes. Service provision and reimbursements are a rarity, and email responses are wishful thinking. The immense grief suffered by customers, and their policy of slight of hand and institutional avoidance speaks worlds about their greed and lack of canons of professionalism and integrity. I bought ticket on 29th May using this service my booking ref number is YOUR BOOKING REFERENCE IS: 21049602. I have cancelled the ticket within 2 hours of purchase due to wrong travel dates issued on the ticket. My Cancellation request is CA-143677. The airlines ( Indigo Airlines ) has issued the refund to TRAVELGENIO after applicable deductions. But still i am waiting to receive refund amount from Travelgenio. Its already one month now , i am repeatedly following up with emails but nobody contacted me, no refund. The telephone numbers keep you on hold for hours and then disconnect. Travelgenio its a humble request to you to do the needful refund as early as possible. I do see reviews where you have acted very quickly to serve the customers.

I Booked a ticket for traveling to and from. I paid for extra baggage on both flights. I also paid for special seat. On my trip outbound things wherein order. But for my return flight I get a notice from the airline that documents for extra baggage and seating is not in order and that I must contact my Travelagent which unfortunately is travelgenio. Impossible to establish contact. Alway redirected to a support page that is out of order. No telephone, and mail are answered but has no meaning.I also tried to get a receipt for what I had paid for, but impossible. I warn you all, do not use this travel agency. They are not professional. And Travelgenio, I see you answer all messages here with ask9ing us to send a mail to support at your office. Do not bother, we have tried that already

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I have previously written about this company on 2 occasions (both previous messages have been about the same booking). I am messaging again today as I am hoping that people continue to heed warnings and DO NOT USE this company but also to provide further evidence to support this statement.
A brief summary is that I booked flights with this company from Australia to the UK in March 2022. My flights were cancelled because of the pandemic. Since the day of cancellation I have corresponded with Travelgenio in what must be now nearly 30-40 e-mail exchanges. I have also phoned the company multiple times. They do not answer phone calls and, with e-mails, they have used every excuse NOT to issue a refund nor ANY form of compensation.
I have quoted their own cancellation policies to them and yet they have ignored messages, not answered questions or just simply reverted back to their standard response of "your refund request is being processed." I have even contacted the airline involved (Virgin Australia) directly to see if they can help and they have informed me - after a number of back and forth e-mails - that Travelgenio have not contacted them about my booking.
Basically this company is committing fraud: they just took my money and have offered nothing in return.
While I continue to engage with Travelgenio, I lost all real hope of getting ANYTHING from them a LONG time ago.
I am messaging now purely to raise awareness of this company's practices so that others DO NOT suffer the same.
This company SHOULD NOT be allowed to operate. DO NOT USE THEM.

Still I didn't receive my E ticket. Yesterday I Received an email from Airlines They said Ticketing time limit has been reached for your reservation.I contact Travelgenio customer care no one answer .Then I send the email no one response for that. I call the airline they said if you are not finalized tody your reservation will be cancelled.

I booked a flight in March and part of the booking was seat selection.
I have tried to access my trips on their website but never receive the verification email.
Have called multiple times to be told someone will email - they still haven't.
Have reported them to my credit card company to get my money back and their are trying to help, but they said'we get this a lot with this company, they don't even respond to our requests'.
Update - I used the customer.service email address as requested by this company, all it does is send you to a website where you have to complete another form which they completely ignore!

I bought ticket using this service my booking ref number is YOUR BOOKING REFERENCE IS: 20737609. MY Cancellation request is CA 138030. Up to date, nobody contacted me, no refund, any I do not know where to write or call as there is no email to write, all telephone numbers keep you on hold for hours and then disconnect. Travelgenio staff, open my booking, and reply to my request to cancel my flight.

They seem like a normal travel site. You get your reservation. Then you show up at the airport and the airline won't let you fly because travelgenio didn't pay them! How is that possible??? So then you have to pay last minute prices if you still want to go. CRAZY

This company is fraud. Even if you buy enhanced refund policy they still find another reason to decline ur application. When you call their staff they block u. Do not buy anything from them
