I bought ticket using this service to China, my booking ref number is YOUR BOOKING REFERENCE IS: 20504943. I was supposed to fly on May 19. I cancelled my trip due to situation in China on May 6, 2022. Up to date, nobody contacted me, no refund, any I do not know where to write or call as there is no email to write, all telephone numbers are not accessible. Travelgenio staff, open my booking, and reply to my request to cancel my flight.

I want to warn everyone about this company, if you get into trouble do not expect to get help from it. My flight was canceled July / 10/2020 almost two years have passed and I have neither seen money nor received a sensible explanation, 10,000 sec they have taken and ignore me in a disgusting way, buy your trips directly from airlines costs are the same. At the same time had a trip with air france that was canceled and I got my money after a week, watch out for Travegenio.

Hello, i bought a two tickets to Madrid from Czech Republic (17.-19.6.) and unfortunately airlines cancelled both flights (there and back). I used a request on Travelgenio sites before two or three weeks and still without response :(. I need refund my money, do you have any experience with that? Thank you so much. Zdeněk

If I could give a zero I would, trying to contact company on behalf of a friend who is overseas and wants to extend their flight. He cannot get through to them and they are not responding so he asked me. I have tried every possible route to try and contact someone in Travelgenio and nothing. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Booked a flight LHR to YVR for 2020. TravelGenio rescheduled the flight for 2021 as a result of the pandemic. I then had to reschedule the 2021 flight, again as a result of travel restrictions, and was told I could cancel the flight but keep the ticket open. I have now attempted to use the open ticket but have had absolutely no response from TravelGenio regarding this despite 4 or 5 messages via their website, replying to the original email chain and trying different email addresses.

This service is absolutely poor and they have used the pandemic to take my money and not provide the flight that was paid for in good faith.

If you want to speak to them they charge 0.13p/min + usual call charge with a wait time of 45mins!

Will not be using TravelGenio again, or any other 3rd party agent in the future. Be warned!

If I could give them a zero I would have. Their contact centre and email service is absolutely diabolical. My flights got changed through no fault of my own and on trying to get alternatives they were literally set on just charging me extra. If I wanted to pay more I wouldn’t have opted for this flight. Worse still we emailed back and forth daily for about 2 weeks and then they just abandoned me. Luckily the airline themselves were most kind and helped me instead. Worst experience of my life!

Worst! I added add on services! Like baggage and Preferred seats!
I recieved no E ticket!
No reply of the email
No calls taken!
They are just generating token number which arent getting any response from them!
They tookk extra 500$ and gave me the cheapest ticket with no add on

I had book a flight from KUL > HKG but got email from travelgenio that the flight schedule has change. The replacement flight was not connecting to each other

KUL depart on 15:05pm > BKK arrive on 16:15pm
BKK depart on 14:00pm > HKG arrive on 18:05pm

how can i arrive at BKK on 16:15pm and depart on 14:00pm?

Been trying to get in touch with this airline.... I booked a return flight (WestJet there and AirTransat back) - only received the westjet e-ticket. Emailed every email address I could find. Can someone from this company get back to me ASAP?

I try lots of time refund application but my application filled and declined again again rejected I didn't understand the survives really it's easy to cancelled every airline so easy to cancelled my booking and refund my money back my flights booking data 16/2/2022 and my flights QS1201 my flight data 14/04/2022. My Booking ID is 20258573. I received the mail like after 72 hour's I can get the e-ticket like that but 3days already finished, I have to travel for emergency case. Now I'm too worrying about this travelgenio. Please help me get some details. I paid my money also now I don't have chance's untill I got my money atleast. Please help me support,

Tried to rebook and they don’t recognise her email. Terrible service, would not book with them again. Can anyone tell me how to get in contact?

Don’t get cheated by booking with them! Sky scanner app has joint hands with these cheaters and have looter my money of ₹40,000/- Will never recommend such a worst travel agency to anyone! I booked my flight ticket on 6th March 2022 for chennai to dubai (my booking ID is 20150365) and today is 13th March till now I have not received my E-ticket from these cheaters! I’m not able to contact them through any means and only automated mail replies are coming from them. The whole week I have gone through so much depression because of These unprofessional scammers ! Kindly stay away from travelgenio and never book with them ever to save your hard Earned money. Planning to sue them.

Travel genio has replied to mail them with my booking ID but I have sent mail more than 15 times and there is no reply! Funny!

Nightmare travel agent. They keep on saying send your documents again. I have to look for their office. Very stressful. I will not recommend a friend. Flight ticket do not show how much i paid. Not trustworthy. I sent them several times the doctors sick note. They keep sending me emailing stating that the sick note is not stamped and it is stamped. they don't want to cancel my booking. They are winding me up. This is not professional at all. l bought travel insurance from them. They don't have an office in UK. Their head office is in Spain. 30 finsbury square moorgate, EC 2A 1AG they don't know them. I shocked.

Such a pathetic experience that theres no words to describe it. Booked a flight but no booking reference or contact details! How am I supposed to contact and get my refunds. All pages only lead to “FAQ” which only talks about ‘my trip’. If they haven’t made a booking reference then how am I going to find my booking to cancel it.

Can someone please provide a number to contact in Australia.

On the 6th November 2021 we booked flights to fly from Port Elizabeth to Durban, South Africa. This booking was done through Travelgenio. The money was debited from our credit card on the 8th November and we received an email to state our booking was confirmed. To date no e-ticket has been received and according to MyTrips on the Travelgenio website our booking has been cancelled. I contacted the airline directly only to be told the booking was cancelled because they never received the funds from Travelgenio. I cannot contact anyone at Travelgenio as there are no contact details provided in their Contact Us section. Our money has been taken and no service has been provided. I have had to re-book the flight again. I would like a full refund from Travelgenio ASAP!!!!!!

The return flight for my trip which I booked last may has been cancelled. No contact from Travelgenio or Lufthansa. Doesn't even show the flight so I can't request a refund. They are impossible to contact. It should be illegal to not have a customer services number listed on its site.
