Perfect service!

First of all, I can't say anything about the actual rental of the campervan itself, because due to the situation in the Middle East, my flight got cancelled.

I got in contact with Samantha and I couldn't have wished for better service! She was very helpful and proactive, instead of just "following protocols".

Thanks again for your understanding and service, and hopefully I'll get to see your beautiful country in the near future.

I hired a campervan from Travellers Autobarn in Melbourne for a road trip along the Great Ocean Road and it was an amazing experience.

The van was comfortable, easy to drive and had everything needed for a road trip including a bed, cooking setup and plenty of storage. They checked the gas, and topped up the washer fluid and coolant before I left after making their checks, so I felt in safe hands. The staff at the center in Melbourne were so lovely, and let me wait there whilst I called a taxi. They are really welcoming and there’s a little chill out space if you have to wait.

Driving the kuga van was really easy and had plenty of headroom and living space. A clever design and I had two bed spaces to choose from with a top and bottom bunk space.

Using the campervan, it made exploring the coastline incredibly easy as I could stop at viewpoints, beaches and national parks whenever I wanted.

The flexibility of travelling by campervan really made the trip special. I’d definitely recommend Travellers Autobarn to anyone planning an Australian road trip.
