Dear Habiba,
Thank you so much for your feedback and for taking the time to post this review. It's our students that allow us to improve the way we do business always. We are sorry to hear about your login difficulties.
We took a look at your case and account, and all seems to be ok. What might be causing that is the fact that you have created two accounts with us, using different emails and that your browser might be taking you automatically to the empty account. The empty account was created with the email associated with your Google account. The original account where you will find the courses was created with a second email.
We have sent you an email a few days back that provides information on this and how to get back to your account and courses. If you did not receive this email, could you check your promotions tab or spam folder?

When you complete the course, Trendimi's certificate of completion is included, and there is no additional fee for this. It will be available to download directly from your account. Our courses and processes meet the strict standards criteria of the International Council for Online Educational Standards. Accreditation number: ICOES/00763/13/09. We are also a recognized member of The CPD Certification Service, (www.cpduk.co.uk), with the CPD Membership Number: 11087.
