Our claim was submitted directly by our veterinary practice and was readily accepted - we obviously had to pay the excess but were really pleased with the amount paid by the insurer - would recommend them having been with them for many years and having made a small number of claims.

Dreadful
Husband is now back to work and still hasn’t had any payment from the income protection policy . Absolute shitshow . Apparently it’ll get backdated , pity bills and life doesn’t .

My dog was really poorly and I had to…
My dog was really poorly and I had to use two different vets, one for after hours care as well as my own vets. The claims process was incredibly straightforward and being able to speak to someone without being on hold for a long time was so reassuring. I've been so pleasantly surprised and payment was so quick. I'm really impressed.

Awful customer service, awful complaints handling, unknown catches why not to pay out.
Awful customer service, awful complaints handling, unknown catches why not to pay out. They insisted that you must continue to pay the full years premium still after your dog dies. Refused payment of vet bill’s etc.
I put in a formal complaint and never had it answered.
I’ve never seen a penny of any remainder pay out still. That was 8 months ago.
After losing our wonderful family dog, their lack of empathy and tact really was top class nastiness.

I've had my dog covered for over 8…
I've had my dog covered for over 8 years with Lifetime pet cover. Never had a problem with the underwriters, Trent Services. However, last year they changed to another underwriter where there was No end of problems especially when dealing with an ongoing medical issue.
After a number of long serving customers complained they switched back to TRENT SERVICES. We renewed in October 25 & had to put in our 1st claim regarding medication. I had a phone call within a few days wanting more information & it's been resolved & funds paid directly into our account with no hassle.

Claims were paid promptly and it was stress free
Claims were paid promptly and it was clear every month what I needed to submit and when. Forms and evidence was a bit fiddly but no issues being paid out each month. I can't thank you enough, a stress free claims process during a very stressful period of my life. Thank you.

Great company, well worth it
Trent services were great with my recent claim and it put me at ease knowing I would still be able to manage my bills whilst off long term sick. They were very helpful in answering any questions I might have and responded quickly to any concerns.

The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, understanding and experienced. Completing the online claim form was straightforward, and the claim, regarding our lovely Labrador, was settled expediently.
