Spoke to Mikyle at Trooli who was very helpful and provided detailed questions to specific questions. I have only just switched trooli, so while I'm sure they will be great on reliability that will show in time, HOWEVER the deal I got with free Installation, Router, up to 150 mb fibre download broadband (they don't do phone lines) and same upload for £22.99 per month FIXED 24 months with no rises even the spring where providers creep prices up in name of Inflation and costs 🙄🤔 and if that wasn't enough to persuade me, the ability to more or less choose date of install and first half or second half of day was brilliant. Looking forward for them putting firbe connection cable through to a different part of house,ie the lounge is gonna be soooo much better for us.cant wait!

George was very helpful and polite explaining the process of changing from BT Broadband. We are absolutely delighted with the installation, 900mps is fantastic. Installation engineers were very good, polite and tidy. Everything was excellent and would recommend Trooli to anyone.

Start to Finish Really, was a great experience, initial sales engagement good, professional and insightful, was a query that arose pre instal but that was dealt with immediately upon discussion & install was again good and professional, had a pre call, was updated along the way on all aspects of Overhead feed and internal working & equipment, a Test & Demonstration at close out , all site left clean & tidy, even included engineer with small travel hoover removing dust Highly Recommended

I spoke with a very pleasant girl called Amy, she was very helpful, it was the first time I had had to renew since my husband died and it was a job he always did, I found it very difficult but Amy went through it all with me to a successful conclution

This is my first renewal after a couple of years with Troolli. Speed sometimes lowers - but mainly at c500mb as paid for. Amy assisted me with renewal - and was very quick. Now in for another two years!!

Had a bit of a tricky time transferring over details from a previous contract. Connor made the whole process really easy and a new contract was set up in no time. He was extremely efficient, friendly and had the answers to all the questions. Really great lad.

Looking for new provider due to house move and Connor was spot on and the manner in which he explained everything was efficient. Summer Sale for the product was also worth it and so have signed up for 2 years, was just shame being connected will mean no TV etc for 2 days, I am sure I will manage ;)

Only had to contact Trooli with minor issues and the customer service has always been excellent. Today I spoke to two departments and was transferred very quickly. Shout out to Sinenhlanhla who was so so helpful and patient and is a credit to her department. You made my day too thank you for your help.

I have been with Trooli for 2 years and could not be happier with them as a provider. Speeds are always as advertised and the hub allows for multiple devices to enjoy that speed and quality.

Customer service and price can't be beaten. I have just completed my renewal on the phone with Sacha who had a great attitude, helped with my renewal and I was off the phone new contract tied up in under three minutes from dialling. Find another supplier that can say that!!!

When I called Trooli I spoke to George Hodgson who explain all the options I had for getting full fibre broadband installed at my home, he was extremely informative with all the questions I asked and there was no hard sell. He took time to make sure I was happy with everything he told me to proceed with the installation which I agreed to and this will happen in a weeks time.

Been with Trooli for my company broadband for the past 2 years and as it has been very good. I have just renewed for another 2 years with the customer service person Mercia who was very helpful and made it easy to renew my contract.

I called early to ensure I did not have to wait on the phone. The operative was extremely helpful throughout my billing enquiries. The installation process was straightforward, so all in all a big improvement on my previous ISP company.

Spoke to conner today to help with a new broadband set up and package.
Conner was polite and very helpful.
He explained everything clearly and reassured that truli would look after everything with my old company and cancelled there contract.

Aphiwe was great. Helped immensely. Not sure the Z boosters are great are pairing through wireless. He was excellent though.

My call was answered promptly and George gave me all the information I needed. George was polite, knowledgeable and easy to understand and made the process very easy

I've been with Trooli for 24 months. My current contract was coming to an end, I called Trooli customer service team to see what they could do for me. I've now re-contracted for a further 24 months. Since installation (which was easy and very quick) every time I've spoken to the CS team, they have always been very quick to answer my questions. The speed and reliability of the service has also been 99% during the last 24 months.
