Andille solved my broadband disruption problem quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Trooli and glad that I changed to.them from my previous service provider.

Relatively quick response to phone call. Bel answered queries clearly and helped complete the sign-up process efficiently maintaining a friendly and helpful manner throughout. Also a quick and helpful response from the On-boarding team

I spoke with Belmirro Khoza at Trooli, who was very helpful, and took me though the various options available. He did not pressure me, and let me mull over the figures and rang me back at the same time the following day, as he promised. We went through terms and conditions very well about my move from EE, and I mentioned the retained landline, which Trooli can support but does not offer equipment. I signed up on the offer for 500mbs which was £15 cheaper than my existing EE 50mbs part fiber. However as part of the swap over, EE then wanted £30 per month for the landline and an additional £10 for each mobile sim contract I had with them, making it all more expensive than the better service with Trooli. Not Trooli's issue, just expensive and over the top charging from EE. I have had to remain with EE, sadly.

The guy that I was chatting it all through with on the phone ‘Bel’ was absolutely great. Helpful, supportive, great knowledge. Even just arranged a quick call back right on the closing time to help out with my busy day. Absolutely great. Thanks again Bel.

I had previously registered interest in Trooli. Sent an email detailing my requirement to install at a future date, with a number of questions. Received a call shortly after from Kash at the Trooli team. He answered all my questions advised me and guided me through the process. All very easy. Looking forward to getting my Trooli conneo

Shaun and John were both really professional, quickly identified the fault and rectified the issue. Both very courteous and respectful, each gent either removed their boots or put covers over their boots before entering my house which was a nice touch.

Excellent reliability with fast speeds and low latency.
On the odd occasion I have needed to speak to support they have always resolved the issue quickly.

The sales process over the phone was easy. The full-fibre installation was quick and unobtrusive. It's early days, but the service is working very well, hitting target upload and download speeds with low latency. It's much cheaper than other providers too.

Contract was due for renewal but with some changes to the hardware which required a phone call to Trooli. Sacha was very helpful and made the necessary changes in minimum time. All very straightforward!
Also, waiting time for the call to be answered was minimal which isn't all that common an experience these days.
The only complaint is that the music while you're waiting is awful! :-]
