Very impressed with the engineer who carried out the installation. Obviously experienced and quick, tidied up as he progressed the work. Neat layout of the instrumentation inside. So far connecting is quicker for existing systems. Well pleased and looking forward to exploring further.

Excellent customer service from Mikyle today sorting us out with a Trooli broadband package. However installation is not til 23 July (our choice) so cannot comment on installation or broadband service.

2Gbps fiber
Waited years for fiber to come to my village. Was active within a few days of ordering the 2Gbps package. I get 2300 down and about 1600 up. The engineer was polite and made a good job of running the cables. For £40 a month its much better than BT in terms of value and speed. Well done

Fast and efficient
Kash, the Trooli engineer gave me a heads up before he arrived and arrived exactly when he said he would. Helped me work out the best place for the cable to come into the house. And then he just sorted it quickly and efficiently leaving no mess. And it works!

Great customer service
We’ve had Trooli fibre broadband for about a month now. Living rurally we were excited to finally be able to get it! So far so good. Installation was quick and good communication before and on the day.
The reason for this review is i had an email saying my direct debit had been cancelled. I was a bit worried as I’d not done anything at my end and don’t want our shiny new broadband to be cut off!
I replied to the email and had a quick response within a couple of hours from someone called Sphokazi. I was reassured that all was well with the direct debit, and when the first payment would be taken.
Having read some of the other reviews on here (after taking out my broadband!) I just wanted to say that my first experience of Trooli customer service has been really good and very fast. Thank you Sphokazi! :)

Trooli is the best
Trooli is the best. Leaving BT 2 years ago, heading to what was then an unknown, turned out to be the best decision to ever. Not only did Trooli at the time pay off what was left of my BT Contract, but then got us on board with the 900MEG download speeds have been transformational.
The fact that we have renewed our contract with Trooli is all anyone really needs to know that the service is great. And we have upgraded to the Ultimate package that doesn't have an ultimate price, £39 a month for 2GB speeds its exceptional value. and can vouch that, from the last 2 years, things have been very reliable

ive had Trooli for about 7 months all…
ive had Trooli for about 7 months all has been fine
But now I have an issue with my router so spoke to technical support ,this is where the nightmares start you get through and constantly put on hold sometimes for 10 minutes
then they ask for numerous screenshots of everything except the color of your underwear
after 5 days still no replacement router has been issued, so will look to leave
and if you challenge what they say to you they hang up on you
I have found Trooli support the worst I've ever dealt with and will be sharing my experience with my gaming mates so they don't get the same treatment and posting this reviews on the sites I visit
