Excellent, rapid service and very helpful

Claim was easy to navigate and settled quickly. New handset arrived within 24hrs :)

I never usually leave reviews, however the service I have received from TRS Claims have been unbelievably amazing. the communication, process and waiting time has been outstanding. My phone broke and I remembered I had free insurance through the company I work for. Within a day a Grade AAA+ phone had been dispatched and already in my hands. If i ever have to use TRS again I most certainly will!!!!

Cracked the screen on my phone on Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon my phone was fixed with the money in my account. Can only recommend this company. Always kept me updated and are so quick to respond. Great experience

Very satisfied with the service, especially since I got this insurance for free through perkbox. I claimed an OnePlus 7 Pro through this company after I lost my phone, after I had submitted all the required document the decision to replace was made within a day.

Was difficult at first when trying to claim as they do require a number of documents to send as proof that you have the phone that is insured. After that was confirmed it went smoothly and great customer service when speaking to the advisors

Very efficient service. More correspondance needed to let customer know exactly what to do with the phone and what exactly is going to happen... "will it be repaired and returned"? do I need to remove and delete everything? or "will it be replaced?"

My daughter insured her phone through her employer, however as I had purchased the phone for her as a gift and the original contract was still in my name, they refused to replace, despite providing them with receipts and documents from Vodafone. What a waste of time, and very upsetting. As a diabetic she cannot be without a phone. Absolutely ridiculous the phone was a gift so will of course not be in her name.

From start to finish about 4 days. Fantastic service and great support from the advisors who answered all my questions everyone. The website is very user friendly and the whole process was super fast and very easy. I would highly recommend this company.

I recieved the wrong device but this was amended however the chosen carrier claimed "trying" to deliver when there was with 100% certainty someone was home. so this was rescheduled to Saturday but now 2 hours into waiting for the next delivery "Your parcel has been delayed due to civil unrest in your area". there is no civil unrest. I still havent recieved my replacement device and have wastes a week.

Replacement phone took a little bit longer than expected (9 days from damaged phone pickup to replacement delivered) but received excellent customer service from Adam and the refurb phone is in immaculate condition.

I took out the mobile phone insurance through my employee Perkbox account and I was a little sceptical that it would be any good, because it was free to insure my iPhone. I couldn’t have been more wrong! It was pretty straightforward to sign up and I was covered right away, which was great because the day after I signed up, I dropped my phone and damaged the screen. Making a claim is an easy, painless process. No long telephone calls - it can all be completed online and they got back to me within a day to say that the phone would be replaced. They sent a courier to my house with a brand new phone and took the old one which I didn’t even have to package.
Very impressed with prompt, hassle free service
