Packing and removal
Kayne and Christi came the day before our move and packed everything in our house speedily and professionally. On the day of the move we again had Kayne and Christi assisted by Brad. All 3 were great and very impressed in how easy they seemed to make the move which in turn helped make the move far more seamless for us. Couldn't recommend these 3 highly enough. The only gripe I had was with the office who charged me £300 extra for 2 removal vans they said they had to hire. However, they owned these vans and didn't need to hire them in addition to their fleet like I was advised.

We do state on the confirmation document that Hire Charge may apply, if you book your removal late and we do not have any more capacity to take on further bookings, we give our customers the option to hire in extra vehicles at an extra cost to save the stress of searching for another company so near to the removal date.
We only have a limited amount of fleet and crews, and we book on a first come first serve basis. Hiring in extra vehicles does not necessarily mean they are the vehicles you will receive, as the hire vehicles are smaller than our custom built removal vehicles, it may be allocated to a smaller job so that it does not inconvenience your day, however it just means that if we are already fully booked, we need extra vehicles to be able to complete the volume of work for that day. Hope that helps to explain the situation. We really appreciate your recommendation and wish you all the best in your new home!

I started looking months ago
I started looking months ago. Lots of quotes. I was in touch with Lewis. He wasn’t pushy, just kept in touch once in a while. I liked that ( no calls or emails every 5 mins). The customs paperwork was sorted quickly once I booked my moving day. The men who picked up were very good. I moved on the Wednesday. My goods arrived the following Tuesday ( south of France). Ranjan and Ikie were great. Careful with my things and asked about how I wanted them stacked. They worked hard. I’m grateful to all the team. NO STRESS!!!!! I’ve already given the phone number to friends for when it’s their turn to move. Thank you all.

Excellent service
Matt, Rodney Dan and Amin were absolutely brilliant! They arrived on time, loaded the vans efficiently, acted in a professional and personable manner at all times, and exceeded our expectations. At the other end, they unpacked our belongings into the rooms we wanted, using their initiative where necessary and we have already recommended the company to friends.

Highly recommend
I had an excellent experience with Trunk from quote to moving day! Holly was quick to respond to all my queries throughout the booking process and Nichola handled my last-minute changes with ease. Also a massive thank you to Elliott & Catlin who were super patient and professional on the move day and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend and will use their services again in future.

Stress free move!
The team of Kaz, Jack and Daniel were very professional. They had excellent attention to detail, were very careful with everything and set things up in the new place brilliantly. All challenges were taken on in a professional and friendly manner. This was a truly stress free move making the start in our new home very positive. I would definitely use the company again. The moving experience made better!
The moving experience had not been great up until the four lads Jay, Sean, Kieran and Bart came round to help us move. We had had a stressful week and had not exchanged or completed 😬. They arrived promptly , loaded the vans cheerfully gave worked very hard. We had a bit of a delay between loading and unloading but they were very chilled and never made us feel like they were wanting things to hurry up! The unloading was as professional and no hiccup ups with any breakages. I would definitely recommend this firm for their professional process from booking to moving and the very reasonable price. Thank you for making a very stressful process more bearable

Great service all round
Great service all round. From the start they were amazingly helpful, pricing matching a competitive quote and providing great advice throughout the move.
On the moving day everything went smoothly. Kieran, Kaz, and Courtney were courteous and professional throughout, and the pack up, move and unpack went by with no issues.
Being in the military we have had over 12 house moves, so we have used many removal companies in that time. Trunk Logistics have been one of the best companies we have ever used, and at a significantly cheaper cost to the other main companies out there but with a high professional service.
