Superb
Superb. James, Wayne & Bradd were absolutely excellent. They moved our entire house in record time, cleanly & nothing was too much trouble. It was a rainy day & loading & unloading in the rain couldn’t have been much fun but they were really cheerful, considerate & made sure everything was in the right place. When we arrived at our new house everything was unloaded with total care, including protecting the carpets & re-assembling the sofa’s. Totally excellent & we really appreciated their company as well as all they did for us in our new home. Thanks guys.

Excellent removalist company. They were accommodating when my moving date changed. Matt, Silvio and Catalin were efficient, professional and friendly. They packed and unpacked their vans very quickly, and had amazing skills fitting everything in. Would definitely recommend

Trunk Logistics Kent Removal
We hired Trunk Logistics for our recent house move and were very impressed with the communication from the get go. We had an initial call with a surveyor who assessed the size of our items per room and gave us a rough indication of the number of vehicles needed along with the quote. Very reasonably priced, everything went smoothly and very well, we couldn’t have imagined the move to go any better. The two guys were very friendly and upbeat throughout the day, they handled all of our belongings with care and consideration. And wouldn’t let us help them unload the vehicle at the new property, haha! We’d 100% use you guys again in the future and/or refer you to others in need of a reputable removal company!
The only downside was that we were not informed from the start that if you are exchanging and completing within the same week, there would be an extra £150 van loan charge. But nevertheless this company is well worth the extra charge!

We also appreciate your feedback about the additional van loan charge — the reason for this extra charge was because of the short notice. We had to hire an extra vehicle as all of ours had been allocated that day already. We passed on this fee at cost, but it is not always necessary.

Dan and super crew
Dan, Amin, Mike, Connor and Silva were so helpful today, working tirelessly to get our copious amount of boxes moved. We truly appreciate all their help and they also entertained my kids while doing it! Liam, beforehand was also very helpful when organising it.

A stress free move
The whole process, from our initial enquiry to the follow up email checking we were happy with everything, was stress free and positive.
Our house was packed efficiently and carefully and the team dealt with the challenge of driving across the country and moving us into a fifth floor city centre apartment with good humour and were considerate and friendly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble!
I wholeheartedly recommend Trunk Logistics for anyone planning a move.

Excellent service at all stages
The people I spoke with on the phone and via email were very friendly and responsive. The movers were friendly and fun and careful. Not one piece of damage on any of my property. Great guys. Wayne, James, Paul, Catalina and Bart were excellent

Stress free
The team turned up early . They were friendly and professional. Luke, Dan , Kaz Archie and Wayne were fantastic, we couldn’t fault them. They took all the stress of moving away. Would definitely use again and will be recommending to anyone who is moving .

Great communication, agreeable price, and on the day of moving Dan Sam and Aaron moved a massive garden table up over a brick wall and through the tiny cramped garden back alley of our new house. Moving’s never an easy experience, but I’m glad that we went with Trunk.

Packing and removal
Kayne and Christi came the day before our move and packed everything in our house speedily and professionally. On the day of the move we again had Kayne and Christi assisted by Brad. All 3 were great and very impressed in how easy they seemed to make the move which in turn helped make the move far more seamless for us. Couldn't recommend these 3 highly enough. The only gripe I had was with the office who charged me £300 extra for 2 removal vans they said they had to hire. However, they owned these vans and didn't need to hire them in addition to their fleet like I was advised.

We do state on the confirmation document that Hire Charge may apply, if you book your removal late and we do not have any more capacity to take on further bookings, we give our customers the option to hire in extra vehicles at an extra cost to save the stress of searching for another company so near to the removal date.
We only have a limited amount of fleet and crews, and we book on a first come first serve basis. Hiring in extra vehicles does not necessarily mean they are the vehicles you will receive, as the hire vehicles are smaller than our custom built removal vehicles, it may be allocated to a smaller job so that it does not inconvenience your day, however it just means that if we are already fully booked, we need extra vehicles to be able to complete the volume of work for that day. Hope that helps to explain the situation. We really appreciate your recommendation and wish you all the best in your new home!
