Total Scam. Booked a flight. Did not receive a record locator. Received an email saying I had to call to confirm my booking when, in reality, it was for them to try to bait-and-switch.

I reached some guy who sounded like an offshore call center scammer who said my ticket was not confirmed, that United had me on standby, and that no seats were available, which was a total lie; the flight was not full.

Then he tried to sell me a Southwest flight that departed much later and would take several more hours to arrive and cost triple the price. Totally unacceptable. Called back on the 800# instead of the 305#, and the same guy answered!

They lure you in with lowball fares they don't have access to, then try to sell you a totally different flight at a higher price. Don't waste your time. Their website also falsely advertises 4.5 stars on Trustpilot, when its rating is actually 3.2!

Their email wasn't to confirm my booking; it was to upsell me another flight at 3x the price.

I had to cancel a booking and was helped by Steve. I received a confirmation email of the cancellation. I was not charged.

This is a scam company. I booked a flight advertised for $119, but after waiting 3 hours, I was told to book a different flight and pay an extra $139. They assured me the booking was confirmed and that I'd receive my boarding pass by the end of the day. The next morning, I still hadn't received it. When I called back, they said the reservation had never been confirmed. Misleading pricing, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend booking through this company.

I booked a flight (or tried to) on trust fares.com for a flight the next day. Should have checked their reviews first. Never received flight confirmation. Called in and the Indian man said “I 200% guarantee your flight is booked, you just need to wait 4 hours.” 4 hours later was 9:30pm and still nothing. Had to buy alternative (real) tickets from the airline directly. Then, about 4 hours prior to the actual flight trustfares.com emailed me boarding passes. I tried checking these boarding passes with the airlines and they said they had been cancelled and would be refunded. My god, if I had actually trusted trustfares.com I would have been so screwed.

This site is a bait and switch scam. Will stall confirming a reservation, demand a phone call for verification, then offer alternative arrangements. Sketchy at best. Criminal at worst. Avoid it.

United Airlines confirmed the company is NOT legit, and customers should not use it. United, AA, Delta, and JetBlue said to stick to Priceline, Kayak, and other reputable companies. Use travel agents if needed. DO NOT USE TRUST FARE. Anyone being scammed will NOT get a refund. Airlines are also NOT responsible for any dealings with this company. I am in the media business and just warning everyone.

I purchase a flight and they cancel my reservation and now my flight to go home cost 4 time more. I had schedule 22 days in advance now I can not fine my way home on time.

I purchased a ticket about a week ago. When I booked it, it clearly showed a direct flight from Las Vegas to Washington, DC and included a carryon bag. However, when I received my boarding pass about 10 hours before my flight, I noticed the itinerary had changed, and now I have to pay extra for my carry-on.
This doesn't seem right. I wanted to share my experience so others can be careful. I learned my lesson,I think it's much better to book directly through the airline's website instead of using a third party booking site.

I received my ticket at the promised price which was cheaper than any other company offered.

I had a issue with my dates of travel and needed to change them and the accommodation was seamless with a minimum fee. Steve was very helpful.

Booked a round trip and paid. Sent an email asking me to call to confirm. When I called they stated ticket was only available for standby. Paid extra for a ticket which was with frontier airlines. Charged me $50 each way for carryon bag. When I went for my return flight I was switched from frontier to Southwest which doesn't charge for carryon bags. They also never notified me about the switch in airlines. They also didn't have my wheelchair at the gate on my arrival. This company is a ripoff. BEWARE think twice about using this company

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I booked my girlfriend and I a flight from Las Vegas to San Diego a week before the flight. They emailed back after paying for the flight to inform me that the flight wasn't accepted by the airline and had to pay a higher price to get us on another flight and wait 48 hours for a email confirmation. After the 48 hours I called and they assured me that the new flights were booked and had to wait another 24 hours. No conformation and I was to fly out in 22 hours. Called them again and on hold for an hour then hung up on. Called the airline that it was booked with (Southwest) and no reservation in my name. Called my bank and the transaction was still pending and had to wait till it went through to dispute it. Looks to be a scam and I have to book another flight at last minute costs, be out the original funds until I dispute it and the stress of it all...a huge waste of my time and accessible funds!

I booked my sister a ticket through these scammers and when she got to the airport there was no record in American Airline system of her confirmation number. I called the agent at Trust fares and he said that American Airlines canceled the ticket which is not true they don't have the ability to cancel tickets. He then said the only choice was to book her on a lower tier Airlines Frontier that left 7 hours later. She was flying to Raleigh-Durham for a surgery do not trust or use these people they are scammers!!!!!!

Terrible experience, avoid by any means. They show low price, but then don't issue booking confirmation until the very last moment to say that airline has cancelled your trip and you have to pay more! This is SCAM
