I had a few problems but they were pretty quick and efficient to solving them

For the most part I did get my ticket Lucas he fixed everything for me but I still couldn't get my booking number until 2:00 a.m. and my flight left at 6:00 a.m. so I had to pay for luggage in the airport which costed me an extra $100! And I also had to pay extra $60 to fly because they have on 39.99 flight ticket on standby so that promotion wasn't true! For the most part I did make it home same flight it was just a drag all day for 2 days dealing with different people but Lucas fixed it

Great customer service

I would like to express my concern regarding the charges for rescheduling my flight. Initially, I was charged a $200 penalty to cancel my flight and the amount was kept as credit. However, when I attempted to reschedule, I was required to pay an additional $300 penalty. Furthermore, I found that the available flight options were quite limited and significantly more expensive than my original flight, resulting in approximately $1100 in extra fees.
On the other hand, the employees were patient and answered all of my questions.

The first flights were ok... however.. I was unable to board my flight home because my tickets was canceled for some unknown reason

It was a nice experience with Sara. It looks to me like she has good customer service experience.

Purchased airlines tickets. They waited 24hrs before my flight to then notify me they don’t have them and then tried to sell me other tickets 4 times plus the price. They are scammers. They continued to call me even when I told them I bought tickets from a legitimate site. The only thing that got the calls to stop was threatening them. It was an awful experience.

After booking, I received an email stating that my boarding passes would be emailed to me. After 24hrs I called and he confirmed my trip and said give it a few more hours. I waited 12 more hours and still nothing so I called again. He told me that my trip was actually on standby so that was why. I told him I called the airlines myself and would just book through them because they had the exact same flight still available. He said it would be "over $800-900 per person" and I said no, it is only $284. He asked me to wait on hold to see what gifts he could give me and I said absolutely not and I would not wait for him to look for other deals. Luckily my card was never charged. DO NOT BOOK ON THIS SITE!

The worst company. I bought my ticket today in the morning and spoke to them to confirm. They told me that I would be on stand by and the ticket was canceled by them

David was very professional and helpful. He helped me book a last minute flight after my other airline canceled. I will definitely be purchasing more tickets through Trustfare again.
