The quality of the microscope I received was as described albeit new, and all parts were really well packaged. There was clearly a great deal of care put into ensuring the scope would come intact. We purchased some test equipment from TT Instruments, everything was as expected and efficient as always.

I bought a DUO SAS SUPER 360 airsampler from them. These people communicate quickly and pleasantly. Unfortunately the device did not charge, so it turned out to have a bad battery. Initially I would have to return the device, but shortly afterwards I received the message that the battery was probably broken and that I would be sent a new battery. They even took the trouble to make a video on how to replace the battery. Verry impressed with TT Instruments. All in all a pleasant experience.
