Another Amazing Experience!
After having such an amazing experience ordering previously, I chose this company again for my second TV Bed purchase. I cannot fault the service, excellent communication from the beginning to end, people are always so friendly in the showroom and the delivery itself was fantastic! Bought a bed to be delivered in June it…
Bought a bed to be delivered in June it came damaged, after a number of conversations phone calls and emails I waited over 5 months for the new parts. The delivery company kept rearranging the delivery so once parts arrived it was another 3 weeks the drivers arrived and a part was missing it’s now going to be in 2026 when the part is delivered

We have already replaced the damaged side rail, and our installation team attended your property to swap this over for you. The only remaining issue is a very small chip on the TV shelf. Our delivery team have attempted to book a second visit to replace this part and offered multiple appointment options, including availability for next week.
However, as you can only accept appointments within a limited time window, the earlier slots offered were unfortunately not suitable for you. Our carriers have been trying to accommodate your fixed availability, which is why the next appointments that meet your requirements fall into the new year. You have chosen one of the January dates provided, even though earlier suitable dates were sent and available.
We remain committed to completing the final replacement and ensuring your bed is fully resolved. If your availability changes at any point, we will do our very best to bring the appointment forward.

What can I say about this company apart WOW…. I bought 2 beds from these guys they are just fantastic quality very well made beds. Staff where very friendly even down to the delivery guys everything was delivered on time 5 stars from me 👍

Really pleased with bed and service from all at Tvbed.
I knocked off one star for the confusing ordering and website, in my opinion.i.e. The bed we ordered comes with leds, but is also offered as an option on the order page which we found confusing. Also after ordering the order email states installation but we hadn’t ticked installation which was explained after delivery. What was funny the delivery guys, who were great, said it takes them about an hour or less to install. We took all afternoon and was knackered. After all this I would still recommend Tvbed for value

I have recently ordered a Tv Bed which I am delighted with.
We dealt with Maddie who was excellent from start to finish.
I decided to change my initial order and she was so helpful in swapping things around and ensuring we got our bed super quick.
We had the bed assembled by the team which also went smoothly.

Great company great service
From ordering my bed the company communicated well advising about delivery dates. My bed was delivered the installers were polite very prompt to time and they worked quickly and efficiently. Although the cable was put in the wrong port which took me a while to work out in which during this time I emailed the company and was answered quickly with problem solving answers. It was a genuine mistake and It did not make me think any less of the service provided. I finally worked it all out and once the surround sound came on it was excellent and I am very pleased with my new bed. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

I came to build my daughters bed on 27/11/2025 and unfortunately I was unable to locate the instructions.
I called Rob at TVbed past 5pm, struggling with signal he asked if he could call me back. At first I thought this may be a tactic to get me off the phone as it was so close to home time however he called me straight back on his mobile.
I cant thank Rob enough, he quickly sent me the instructions on a PDF so that I could get them printed out and complete the build.
My daughter was over the moon, great quality product but the customer service was above and beyond.
Great bloke, a great family business, well worth anyone's hard earned cash. And to go that extra mile was superb 👏
I will defiantly be recommending to family and friends, thanks Rob and team.

Great Customer Service
We’ve had our TVbed for about two months now and it’s been great. The materials feel solid and the build quality is really good. The TV mechanism works brilliantly, and the USB slots are handy for charging our phones.
We did have a bit of trouble with the instructions, but we got in touch with them and they sent the correct ones over email within minutes. Their customer service even followed up with a phone call to check everything was okay, which was a nice touch.
The only downside was the long delivery time, but that was down to the courier rather than TVbed themselves. Overall, really happy with it!
