We are sorry to read your review and appreciate how frustrating this situation has been for you.

However, we do feel it is important to clarify that you have not been scammed. You have received the bed you ordered, and as soon as the missing parts were reported to us, we took immediate action to resolve the issue.

The bolts and instruction manual should have been included with the bed, and we are currently investigating this with our manufacturer to understand how this occurred.

You first reported the issue yesterday at 2:20pm. Replacement bolts were dispatched the same day and delivered to you by 9:23am this morning. We believe this demonstrates that we acted as quickly as possible to rectify the problem.

Regarding the instructions, we explained during our phone call today that we did not have a physical copy available to send with the replacement bolts. Instead, we arranged to send the instructions electronically via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, we experienced a technical issue which prevented the message from sending initially. The PDF instruction manual was subsequently delivered to you via WhatsApp at 2:13pm this afternoon.

We completely understand that this has been inconvenient, particularly given that you had set aside time to assemble your new bed. We sincerely apologise for that frustration. However, we do not feel that a 1-star review fairly reflects how the situation has been handled. Whilst mistakes can occasionally occur, what matters is how a company responds when they do. From the moment the issue was reported, we responded promptly, communicated with you throughout, and took action as quickly as we possibly could to resolve it.

We hope you are now able to complete the assembly of your bed and enjoy your purchase. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, your deliveries were affected by a loading error at our warehouse, which resulted in the incorrect items being dispatched. We appreciate how disappointing this was, particularly given your location in Scotland and the inconvenience caused.

We sincerely apologise for the lack of communication from our delivery company and for the fact that you took time off work unnecessarily.
