We love our new TV ottoman bed!
We love our TV ottoman bed from TV Bed. We got it for a great price and pre ordered it. We were kept up to date with expected delivery times and was called to arrange the delivery date. We checked the bed that evening and it looked great. My husband found it easy to put together by himself and it looks perfect in our new room, we are over the moon with it! We love the colour, the quality and the style of the bed. We ordered our own TV to put into the bed, and the instructions are clear on how to set this up! The space under the bed is great and we find it handy having two handles on the side of the bed to lift it to access the underbed storage.
We were surprised to receive a courtesy call a few months after our purchase to check to see how we are getting on with the bed. Overall, we had great customer service and will definitely purchase from them in the future!

Great company - regular communication and updates. Delivery day was well communicated, with link to follow drivers progress. Delivery guys arrived - friendly and professional - built the bed, great quality and looks lovely! LED lights were missing the plug - this was documented and rectified quickly!! Great bed - would recommend!!

Excellent service by TV beds
Excellent service by TV beds. Originally ordered a bed but with the war got stook in the middle east. I rang up and changed to a different bed with no issues. I paid for delivery and installation and was well worth the money. The quality of the beds are to notch and will be buying one again in time.

I purchased a small double TV bed for my spare room. Once all the screws, bolts and brackets were sorted, it was easy to put together.
I would highly recommend this small family run business.

Excellent service from start to finish. Manufactured within time frame, delivered on time and installed within no time. Quality is excellent and would thoroughly recommend TV Beds to anyone. Friendly helpful staff when visiting the store. Items in stock and we decided to collect them as wanted them straight away. Items in excellent condition and the kids both love their beds.

Cant fault the service
Cant fault the service, ordered the bed in the morning and was delivered at 6pm that same day, literally cant ask for better service. The bed is brilliant and as described, overall excellent!!

We had the best experience with TV Bed and I recommend them to all my family and friends.
From start to finish, the service was amazing, the delivery was super quick and we love the bed.
My husband misplaced one of the bars, when assembling the bed, and I emailed TV bed and they replied within minutes.
We found them, but I was shocked at such a fast response, it is unheard of these days.
Very impressed.
Then there is the bed, now the quality for the price we paid is outstanding.
It's the most sturdy, well made and beautiful bed we've ever had.
We absolutely love it.
Many great nights sleep have been had on that bed.
Then I had a courtesy call from the company to ask how my bed has been, if we had any problems and that if we did, to remember we have a warranty included with the bed.
I feel like this type of service needs some recognition.
I would 100% recommend anyone to purchase from TV bed.

I have recently bought 2 tv beds 1x…
I have recently bought 2 tv beds 1x single 1x king both ottomans and they are absolutely fantastic, the quality is amazing along with the whole tv bed team who dealt with my orders and deliveries with great professionalism keeping me up to date with the purchases and delivery slots. I would highly recommend to anyone to purchase through this company and they would not be dissappointed.

Update - Terrible Products & even worse customers service
I thought I’d give an update on how this company deals with their customers.
In September 2025 I noted that the bed frame was squeaking due to the ottoman bedframe. I was then told it would be a few weeks as all of their materials come from China and need to order a new part.
Few months go by and nothing so I write a review calling them “cowboys” as they have took my money and failed to give me a replacement part.
I am now being told that I will only receive my part for my broken bed if I remove my negative reviews!! This isn’t blackmail but is very close and in terms of trading standard is completely illegal.
I now only hear from them when I post a negative review so I would advise anyone thinking of buying from these scammers not to bother and if you do hope and pray that there is nothing wrong as they have no interest in you once they have their money.
I am now going down the legal route to get what is rightfully mines.

We bought the king size velar tv bed. Delivered and installed with zero issues. Really pleased with the great quality, the bed looks fantastic and was half the price of other beds we looked at that were no where near as good.

We recently purchased a fabulous TV ottoman bed. We elected to purchase the TV and mattress separately as we had additional needs.
The bed arrived as promised by TV Bed.
I highly recommend this company as thier customer service was second to none. When we had an issue they were fast to resolve it and went above and beyond.
The bed is such good quality, looks amazing and excellent value for money.
If we ever needed another TV bed, this would be my first port of call.

Good bed but poor delivery and customer service
Bought my first home and was so excited to order one of the surround system tv beds. I ordered and was able to schedule delivery at a time I had off work.
The day before delivery I received a call saying the delivery was no longer possible and blame went back and forth between bed company and delivery courier saying they didn’t have the bed in stock. I had no other available day to reschedule whilst I was off work. After talking to tv bed back and forth and also the courier service, I was able to reschedule delivery for 3 weeks later. Due to the wait, tv bed kindly sent the tv before so.
However, upon receiving the bed, there was loose screws, rips and dirt all over the bed. We was so shocked because the overall quality of the bed is good. I emailed Tvbed regarding these issues and to which they said they would contact the manufacturer. 1 week later I heard nothing and emailed to hear back. Tvbed still have not got back to me and it’s now been two weeks.
It’s a good bed and good quality. but customer service and delivery issues could be handled better.

We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after moving into your first home and looking forward to your new bed. The delivery issues you experienced are not the level of service we aim to provide. As we work with third-party couriers, things can occasionally go wrong, but we fully accept that this should have been handled more smoothly and with clearer communication.
Regarding the condition of the bed on arrival, we note there were some dust marks and a small cut on the fabric of the side rail. It can sometimes be difficult to determine whether marks occur during manufacturing or installation, however we appreciate how this would have looked upon delivery.
We raised this with our manufacturer immediately for investigation. Following their contact with you, we understand you were able to wipe away the marks, which we’re pleased to hear.
In relation to the side rail, we have sent you a follow-up email regarding this and the next steps to resolve it.
We sincerely apologise again for the delays in communication and the overall experience. Your feedback is really important to us, and we will be reviewing this internally to improve both our delivery coordination and response times.
