Great

Was looking for some last minute tickets for a sold out show and saw that Twickets had some available. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I wasn't sure that the tickets I purchased will definitely work at the gate. But thankfully they did and I had a great time at the event! Would definitely use Twickets again.

Useless

Tried to sell a Goodwood 4-day ticket but the site didn’t recognise the references. I emailed Twickets but they didn’t reply until the event had started and said that as I did t mark my email as urgent they didn’t prioritise my message. Once I gave all requested info they just came back and said that event had finished (there were still 2 days of the 4 left) there was nothing more they could do.
Don’t even bother trying to sell tickets with these buffoons

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.

We previously asked if you could provide some additional information so we could locate your customer service enquiry, but unfortunately we haven't yet been able to find a support ticket that matches your review, so we can't investigate exactly what happened.

For Goodwood events, listings go through a verification process that checks the ticket details directly against Goodwood's own database before they can be listed. If ticket references aren't recognised, it's typically because the information entered doesn't match the original booking details or because the tickets aren't eligible for resale. Without being able to locate your enquiry, however, we can't say which applied in your case.

We do acknowledge that our support team experienced higher-than-normal volumes during this period, and we prioritised enquiries based on urgency. We're sorry if this meant you didn't receive a response as quickly as you expected.

If you're able to reply to the email request from Trustpilot with the additional information we requested (such as your Twickets account email address or support ticket reference), we'll be happy to investigate your case in full and review exactly what happened.

Straightforward

Once I managed to get the tickets into my basket (before someone else beat me to it) it was a very straightforward process.

I was emailed minutes later from the ticket seller with all the details.

I would highly recommend Twickets!

Great company

Easy transaction. Twickets do go through greater governance now to make sure that you’re genuinely the owner of the tickets before you can list tickets. Whilst this feels like a hassle at the time, it’s definitely worth it and keeps the buying and selling environment much safer.

Very Easy to Sell

Really easy, was so grateful at the opportunity to sell as I honestly thought when the clash with the England game came about and hundreds of tickets popped up, i would not have sold or got my money back! We won our footie (it’s coming home 🤣🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🥅⚽️🏆) and two MCR got fab seats at the gig. Everyone happy - thanks Twickets!

I sold a concert ticket through…

I sold a concert ticket through Twickets and the payment was sent via PayPal. As soon as the payout arrived, my PayPal account was deactivated, leaving me unable to access the money at all. I contacted both PayPal and Twickets, but neither has provided a clear solution or helped me recover the funds.

A simple ticket resale has turned into a stressful situation where I can’t access the payment I’m owed. Very disappointing experience

We've looked into your transaction and can confirm that your ticket sale completed successfully and the payment was sent to your PayPal account without any issues or disputes. Unfortunately, once a payout has been successfully processed, we don't have any control over or visibility into restrictions that PayPal may place on an account.

From what we've seen, this appears to be related to PayPal's own account verification or compliance checks rather than the Twickets transaction itself. We've reached out to you directly with some more information and guidance, and we'd encourage you to contact PayPal to find out what verification steps are required to restore access to your funds.

We understand this isn't the experience you were hoping for, and we're sorry for the stress it's caused. If there's anything further we can do from the Twickets side, we'll be happy to help.
