Safe and easy to use resale site
Safe and easy to use resale site. When trying to purchase high demand tickets, it does feel that perhaps it’s the luck of the draw if you get your alert emails quick enough however I like how reliable a service it is. You know you’re purchasing real tickets at a fair price. I have also used the site to sell tickets and it’s an easy and quick process.

Great experience!
Really simple and easy to use app. Found the event I wanted to attend and set up alerts. When I finally decided to buy, it was very clear what the ticket price was and the fees involved, so no hidden surprises.
After purchase, the event tickets were transferred in about 30 minutes by the seller.
This was my first experience using Twickets and I will not hesitate to use again and again.

Took money, but no tickets
Tried to buy tickets just now. They took the money out of my bank. No tickets in my account. Tickets are no longer there to purchase. No way of contacting them directly. Just a support page that doesn't answer the question.

We're sorry to hear about your experience.
Based on what you've described, it doesn't sound like the purchase completed successfully. If an order is successfully placed, you'll always receive an order confirmation email and be able to see the completed purchase in your Twickets account. If neither of those happened, it's likely the transaction timed out before completion.
In these situations, it's common for banks to place a temporary authorisation on the payment. Although it can appear that the funds have been taken, no payment is actually captured by us or sent to the seller, and the pending authorisation is automatically released by your bank. The timeframe for this varies depending on your card issuer.

If the article or any article doesn't resolve your query, every single Help Centre article includes a contact form at the bottom so our support team can investigate further.

Forced me to sign up to PayPal and then PayPal hold onto the money for 21 days and require opening Swiss bank account levels of information. Easier to sell on a website like adverts.ie. Never again

For some events, PayPal is the only available payment method, so sellers do need a PayPal account to receive payment. However, any payment holds or identity verification requirements are set by PayPal and apply to the PayPal account itself, rather than to any Twickets transaction.
There is no requirement to use a PayPal Business account to sell on Twickets, and many individuals successfully sell using a personal PayPal account. If PayPal has placed restrictions on your account or requested additional verification, you'll need to contact PayPal directly, as we're unable to access or change their account requirements.
