Shipping to the USA
Shipping to the US is a disaster. Never received my package. Still haven’t received my refund. Went back and forth over email for weeks now, started out using DHL but there were custom issues. Switched to UPS and was charged shipping and customs fees of 296.31. Still haven’t received my package and for some reason they couldn’t work out the issue with UPS. I’m the customer that paid 530.00 for nothing and like I said, still haven’t received my refund.

I have bought a heart with a diamond in the middle of the heart it was very pretty but was really hard too keep it on the tooth (yes I eat some soft food so it wouldn’t fall out) mine fall out 2 times. The first time I felt it and they could put it back and lasted for maybe 1 month and it fell of and I swallowed it, I didn’t even know I swallowed it. So my point is not to buy a tooth jewelry who is bulged (sorry for my bad English)

we are sorry to hear your story. There should be no difference in the durability between the different models as long as our instructions are followed. And you don't need to change your diet. (we don't recommend placement of a front tooth thou). According to our records you have not ordered a heart with diamond from us, can you please contact us to clarify?
We deliver a detailed instruction for bonding that I suppose you handed to the person performing the service?
As we clearly state on our website and in the instructions we cannot assume any responsibility for the service performed by 3:rd party.
Further, if there is any trace of composite left on a Twinkles after it has fallen out you can not successfully bond it again.

Loved everything about twinkles kit wit self teaching guide! Just would have liked to talk to sales representative just to get more info on kit, and charms it came with. But it was like a surprise u didn’t know till open.

The Twinkles and crystals included are always picked from the current bestsellers and could slightly differ from time to time. Since we are located in Sweden we can be difficult to reach due to the time difference. The best is always to email us.
