Order might get shipped
Ordered two items and found out two days laters one of them is out of stock. 10 days later and heard no more. Not sure if I will get either or both but have paid for them, so not the greatest.......

Excellent communication.
T.W Wholesale were the best price for the product I wanted but did not have it in stock.
They arranged for it to be dispatched directly from the manufacturer and kept me informed throughout this process by phone and Email.
