I took my phone here for them to fix- and not only did they not fix it they charged me an insane amount and my phone is still broke !!
Do not go here!!!!

Trustworthy, quality service and friendly

Ben daar geweest voor een reparatie maar dat was ook gelijk de laatste keer ze kunnen beter die naam veranderen naar you bring it we break ik

Kijk uit met u reparatie mensen mijn spel console mist onderdelen en doet het niet meer kan hem zo de prullenbak in gooien raad dit bedrijf zeker niet aan

Ik heb een ontzettend slechte ervaring gehad met deze winkel. Ik bracht mijn PlayStation-controller langs vanwege stickdrift. Mij werd verteld dat dit eenvoudig te verhelpen was en dat het binnen twee dagen klaar zou zijn.
Na drie dagen heb ik zelf gebeld voor een update. Toen bleek ineens dat ze het toch niet konden repareren, tenzij ze er langer aan zouden werken, wat ook duurder zou worden. Dat wilde ik niet, dus gaf ik aan dat ik de controller liever niet meer door hen liet repareren. Aan de telefoon werd gezegd dat ik hem na het Suikerfeest kon ophalen, waarna er direct werd opgehangen.
De dag na het Suikerfeest ben ik langsgegaan om mijn controller op te halen. Tot mijn verbazing zat deze zowel van buiten als van binnen helemaal los. Hij is nu eigenlijk onbruikbaar en kan zo de prullenbak in.
Ik kom hier nooit meer en raad deze winkel absoluut af.

On Saturday December 13th I went to the Latham, ny location for the second time, first time after corporate came to fire, hire and retrain. The first experience a few months ago I was promised that my device would be repaired and covered due to it being Samsungs fault that it wasn't working and after waiting for the part to come it I was asked how'd I'd be paying given a total of $378. I had no interest in paying for something I didn't cause so I didn't. Saturday I was hoping for a better experience after a loooong morning. There was a bit of a wait, which was ok.
An older woman who had walked in after me told me about how she had her device fixed on Friday and there was more damage done to her phone from the repair. They made her return the next day, wouldn't resolve the issue the same day. Telling her she had to get back into cue, prioritizing the new clients before her.
I had some trouble getting to the store, so I paid for four trips in an Uber to drop off and pick up my device (they were closed on Sunday) In arriving home and using my phone the back detached from the screen which was replaced. There were some minor nicks from poor handling of the repair but it was not as serious and the back coming up. Closed Sunday.
I went to the store on Monday and requested a manager, where you could hear him say from the back "well I'm in a call" and the associate returned to tell me he's in a conference. Long story shortened, they see the problem, go to the back and is TOLD what to do to fix it, comes back to tell me it won't take long. Takes a little minute, comes back with it "fixed" points out that the front screen was also coming up too, "fixed the problem" as I stood there for almost 40 minutes, for me to see a bunch of scratches etc. on my phone which wasn't being used due to the LCD needing to be replaced.

When I mentioned all the scratches, the associate claimed that it was like that when it came in, when he was NOT the one (CLEARLY) who did the repairs Saturday. The manager was on the phone already implying that he was too busy so I'm writing a Google review before I go in again. The device is still not fixed. The screen is still coming up. Glue all over and was told it will wear off over time.

According to the associate, it is privately owned and according to the older woman, she called Asurion, and they said that there was nothing they could do. I will also be posting this review to Trustpilot and filing with BBB.

My phone died and I couldn't get it back on to transfer data to my new phone. I thought I lost all my important data. I went to the store in Royal Palm Beach, Florida and in 5 minutes the old phone was on and data was being transferred to my new phone. He saved my bacon. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Had a charging issue. They fixed it right away. Always great customer service!

Really great service!! My phone broke because of water damage. It totally didn’t work anymore :( They fixed my screen and the phone and it works amazing now. They even did it with a discount which was really great because I am a student and a bit broke :) would recommend it!

Zelf een laptop kapot maken om vervolgens veel geld te kunnen vragen. Ook duurde dit hele proces bijna 2,5 maand. OPLICHTERS!

Kwam vrijdag binnen met gebarsten scherm van iPhone 15 Pro, qua reparatie werden 2 schermen voorgesteld. Voor de goedkopere optie gekozen, zaterdag klaar. Zaterdag inderdaad klaar, alleen thuis kwam ik erachter dat scherm niet reageerde op swipen bij binnenkomende belletjes. Op maandag teruggegaan, probleem uitgelegd, nieuw scherm duurdere optie besteld. Dinsdag klaar. Hoefde alleen het verschil tussen goedkopere en duurdere scherm bij te betalen (60 euro). Topservice dus.

Heel aardig personeel!
Mijn laptop wilde niet meer opstarten en ik wist niet of het aan mijn laptop lag of aan de oplader. Blijkt het de oplader te zijn een snelle fix! Ik heb nog garantie op de oplader, dus hier geen nieuwe aangeschaft. Ondanks dat ik verder niks heb gekocht, wilde de medewerker niks terug voor het onderzoeken van mijn laptop! Super lief!
