I went to the location in Goldsboro NC this morning. I was more than pleased. Not only did they fix my phone, while I was standing there, but he didn't even charge me. It was a small repair, but I was so greatful. I was treated so courtesly and appreciated the good information I received. Everyone should use their service and know you will be treated fairly. I can't say enough of good things about this business.

Had made an 11:00 appointment on their website. Got there almost 10 minutes early and ended up standing in line while a lone employee waited on customers, tried to fix cell phones, etc. By 11:20 I had progressed from 3rd in line to 2nd. Still a lone employee behind the counter. What a waste of my time and effort. Don't know about the quality of their work as I left without accomplishing anything. Obviously customer service is not high on their list of priorities.

Went to get my screen fixed. They fixed my screen but ended up breaking one of my phones speakers and made my phone way slower despite these problems never coming up before. They really couldn't have checked this before they gave it back to me.

I called today to ask about pricing and they passed me on to the Georgetown office closer to where I was. I talked to Darrel. When I told him I had the original screen and just needed to learn about the pricing for their labor, he told me they don't accept me bringing the screen I bought stressing they are THE CERTIFIED Samsung repair store. When tried to ask a clarifying question about that, Darrel HUNG UP ON ME! What happened to this world? Everyone got so SH*** and impatient? I will write a complain about this to Samsung to diversify their repair services and provide more competitive service coz this one SUCKS!

Good job fixing my phone but did my screen case wrong not coming again

Took our Samsung NOTE 10 in for service due to an issue with the charging port. Technician's diagnosis found the port was dirty and did not need to be replaced. Item was cleaned and is working normally now. Diagnosis was free of charge. Very grateful for a pleasant experience with an honest technician and business. Highly recommend!!

They helped me with a cell phone repair. They were professional and fixed the problem very quickly.

At first I had problems getting my package returned. (UPS had delivered to the wrong side of the building) When I had called asking for an update the staff quickly realized the problem and genuinely apologized and fixed the problem and left me a message. John from apple valley helped me quickly and took responsibility even though it was the delivery at fault.

2x heel goed geholpen.
Snel, was binnen een uur klaar.
Betrouwbaar, geen extra kosten.

I agree wholeheartedly with another reviewer who said for Samsung warranty work, stay away from UBreakIFix at all cost. They use aftermarket parts for official warranty work and they claim they don't know that some features of warranty such as water resistance will no longer be honored if they fix your phone. Some warranty service!

Terrible customer service at this one. Despite 2 calls to verify they had the parts AND setting an appointment, I came in only to find out that they didn't have the parts for the repair. Totally abhorrent.

I got my screen fixed and they made me turn off location and find my iPhone and they made me sign out of my iCloud! And when I got my phone back later that night my iCloud was hacked from someone in London:(

I went to the Store off Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg MD. This was the second time I had been in the store. This company is amazing -- both times. Jarad not only solved my problem but went the extra mile to make sure it worked correctly in my car. I love this place.

Well it first I was going to give a 5 star review cause I break I fixs did a good job on repairing my phone a few months back but when my phone was damages again I call to see if it was cover by the warranty they give me on the Repair and was told yes I take phone back to them waited 20 minutes and they try to push me to other company that is associated with them to do the repair and when I ask if that company was going to honor the warranty the guy just look at me and didn't answer the question this told me the other company wasn't going to go honor the warranty just as well as I break I fix so what I am basely saying this company work is great but their warranty sucks

Waardeloos!! Echt super slechte communicatie. Reparatie zou 2 weken duren. Na drie weken zelf maar eens gebeld, werd steeds aan het lijntje gehouden, moest steeds zelf weer contact met hen opnemen. Na bijna 2 maanden (!) hadden ze eindelijk mijn telefoon weer terug (die was naar een andere winkel gestuurd), zonder gerepareerd te zijn!
Misschien was dit te ingewikkeld, een simpele klus ging prima - heb hiervoor eerder mijn scherm laten maken, dat was prima.

Update: beste ubreakifix, dit is zeker niet een ander bedrijf (zoals jullie suggereerde)!! Na deze review heb ik mijn telefoon laten controleren door een derde partij. Zij gaven aan dat er allemaal onderdelen miste en er zeer onkundig met de telefoon is omgegaan. Zij raadde zelfs aan aangifte te doen van vernieling. Per mail contact met deze zaak gehad, en hen ook foto’s als bewijs van vernieling telefoon toegestuurd, maar we kwamen er niet uit. Dus nee, voor een kapot scherm oke, maar verder raad ik deze zaak heel erg af.

I droppped iphone 11 and it hit perfectly to black out screen to where i could not see who is callling OR answer the phone. could not dial out either. called ATT they referred these guys. Although I had never heard of this place I called and talked with a man named Jay. i explained the situation to him and i was desperate to get it repaired. Jay told me to come in and he would make sure it was taken care of and that is exactly what they did. Although i dont remember any others names they all were very pleasant to deal with and all were very knowlegedable electronics, I on the other hand am not good with these things AT ALL. I had Esurance on my phone and screen protector. They made a claim on insurance and it only cost me less than $25.00 toget an LCD screen and a new screen protector. I will use these guys next time and just so anyone that sees this review needs to know ATT who is a very large company uses these guys for there warranty repairs and other things and as many customers as they have are not going to send you to someone that is not reputable. i appreciate Jay and his sincerity on getting my iphone 11 repaired ASAP.
