We recently used UK Mini Bus Hire for a company tour to visit multiple buildings, and the experience was fantastic. The service was professional, punctual, and very accommodating throughout the day.

A special mention to Edward, who was incredibly helpful in answering all my queries and making adjustments to suit our schedule. His communication and flexibility made the planning process smooth and stress-free.

We were given the name of our driver quite late (day before), who then gave us another number for the real driver. It caused a little bit of stress as this was booked several weeks in advance. The minibus driver also kept asking the coordinator for payment in cash when we had already paid the full invoice. We are a charity so it's not possible to pay in cash as all payments have to be authorised and paid by the Treasurer. Poor communication all round so perhaps not the best overall experience.

Really great find. The service from start to finish was superb, a very sensible price, a good mini bus and a very friendly and accommodating driver. We were kept up to speed on the booking throughout and Steve the driver was excellent. All in all highly recommended well worth contacting.

On the day of pick up, our driver arrived on site with plenty of time to spare. He was very friendly and the minibus itself was clean and felt quite luxurious!

Made a booking on 24/7/25 for a 14 seater coach for Saturday 23/8/25 and paid the full amount of £395 without any quibble whatsoever.
On 23/8/25 coach was due at 17:00 hours and when it did not arrive I telephoned the number I had and was surprised to get an answer. Sadly after 1 minute I was cut off. Rang again and was told to call the driver which I did having just been given his mobile number. He answered and confirmed he had no idea about any booking and asked where we were. When I told him he asked where that was as he'd no idea of where our address actually was - obviously not local!
Called back UK Minibus Hire and spoke to a very offhand gentleman who said he's call the driver. When I said he need not bother as the driver didn't even know where he was to collect us from even if he'd confirmed the booking, which he was adamant he did not have. While explaining this I had the phone put down on me! In order to get to our destination we had to organise two other cars with drivers who were attending the party but wouldn't be able to have a drink! I sent an email complaining about the awful service and confirming the booking was cancelled and I expected a full refund, an apology and compensation for the costs involved in making alternative arrangements. From Saturday night until Tuesday morning no response whatsoever.
I phoned on Tuesday morning. It took 5 separate calls where I was cut off, left on hold or sent to a voicemail box before I spoke to the male who I had spoken to on Saturday evening. He tried to tell me that the driver had been 15 minutes late as he was held up in traffic which was a blatant lie and then merely offered a full refund as soon as possible, his strong apology (whatever a strong apology is) and said they'd look into some sort of compensation for all out trouble.
It became obvious that he had little intention of doing anything about the situation urgently and so I finished the call demanding a full refund by close of business today. I shall wait to see if that happens but will not hold my breath!
My one star is only given because you cannot give none or a negative number of stars!
I would urge prospective customers to avoid this company and go direct to local suppliers like I sincerely wish I had done!

I dealt with Sharon to arrange a coach for my wedding. She was really quick and helpful. The coach was on time for both pickup and return - would definitely recommend!

I booked a 16-seater minibus to take a group to a wedding ceremony on a Saturday. The minibus did not turn up and I was unable to contact anyone at the company. Had to hurriedly call taxis instead.
When I contacted the company by email on the following Monday, they seemed unaware of the problem. My money was returned after a week but I received no apology and no explanation of what went wrong.

Minibus arrived nice and early ready for our party. Very friendly driver and got us to the venue on time. There all ready and waiting for when we returned. I would recommend this company 100%

Excellent service, booked to take us to see Oasis in Manchester, have to admit a little apprehensive, but could not fault the company, billiant.

Our mini bus arrived early, which was great and a relief - as we had a long drive to a funeral which couldn’t start without us. Excellent driver, courteous, and on our return, a different driver but equally so.

From the outset booking was very efficient..Several Emails to and fro and booking was sorted a couple of months in advance! ( I much prefer telephone communication..minor details can be sorted out in minutes... but alas,that's the way it is these days!?)
The day before the pick up, confirmation was sent and balance paid.
the pick up was spot on time and the return journey was just as efficient..
the driver was a very nice chap too and his communication excellent!

The mini bus for the outward journey was rough inside, broken seat belt brackets , frayed seats and window openers held closed with sellotape which opened on the journey which made the minibus cold & windy.
The driver was constantly watching cricket on his phone!
Although the minibus on the journey back was far more expectable , no complaints and the driver very professional.

Our driver Paul was very professional, arrived on time and a great asset to the company. Will 100% use again
