Customer support was excellent and addressed all queries raised in a timely manner. We hired a 16 seater minibus (with driver) for a day.

Inside the minibus was a basic (no frills) design and comfort. It was tight for adults (limited leg room and width of seats) but teens were fine.

While driver arrived later than planned, pretty good approachable driver for the day journey.

Great communication and very reasonably priced. Driver was on time and friendly.

I made an enquiry for a 16 seater coach to take us to a memorial service. I received a prompt and very courteous reply by return. I was very happy with the price so booked it straight away. Within half an hour I received written confirmation with all the correct details with a link provided to make it very easy to pay the required deposit.
On the day the mini-bus arrived early as it did for the return journey.

The booking process is really easy, communication is great and the driver has always been there on time. Would highly recommend UK Minibus Hire - we use them as a shuttle service for our staff Xmas party to take people back and forth to the train station as and when they want to leave.
