A disgusting abuse which should be reported to fair trading authorities in the UK.

We do our best to list as many UK residents and businesses as possible yet stay compliant with data protection legislation. If people wish to have their record suppressed on sites like ours, it is our legal responsibility to comply.
Absolute Rubbish
This site is Absolute Rubbish. Almost impossible to find any number even if you do manage to get past the I Am Not A Robot nonsense. Simply ticking the box should be sufficient without having to identify stupid vehicles in stupidly unclear photos. I've got better things to do with my life than waste time on the site. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Thank you JT and we agree completely. It certainly would be better if we didn't have to use the Captcha security but, sadly, there are individuals that would abuse the free access we give to the BT directory data without it.
These people are rubbish
These people are rubbish. I took out a sub for a credit of £25 on 1 September 2018, but could not access my account on the 4th (incorrect username/password). Most unusually, I had not kept a note of either, although I generally use the same pair. I wrote and complained that they had not emailed me so's I could reset my password. No response, no email from them. Same thing happened on 28.9.18. Their Help section is only FAQs, no way to contact these idiots. My sub is locked in there, irretrievable. Keep your money & warn others.

Their GDPR email is a farce
Just had email regarding GDPR but when I try and log in it says email address (the same one) not known. Bloody fools! This is how trustworthy these companies are with your data.
Just saw their replay to the above after more than a year. I rest my case.

Perhaps your email was unknown to us due to our obligation to delete personal information after a given period of time. In fact, I believe this information would have been in the text of the email we sent as part off our GDPR obligations. You are always free to re-register.
Charges for 'no results searches' available on similar site
Used this site personally before setting up business contract. Put in 3 searches (25 credits each, approx £15). Info is limited on this site as none provided a result - I was still charged . In the end I've joined the other site which found all 3 results! Needless to say, I'll be taking my business there too. Ukphonebook site was misleading and turned out to be a waste of money!

Does what it says
I needed to find the address and postcode of a friend I lost contact with years ago and stumbled on this site. Didn't charge me and I found what I needed. I'll certainly use again (rather than call 118 directory enquiries numbers).
