I can't put into words how grateful I…
I can't put into words how grateful I am to Platinum service for assisting me in securing a place at the University. I was finding the entire application process incredibly stressful, but from the moment I contacted them,they made everything smooth, stress free, and efficient.
I had an amazing experience with Tanaka,Anum and another lovely lady whose name i unfortunately can't remember ,my apologies for that.
Tanaka was incredibly supportive from the very beginning, helped me improve my CV and personal statement, while guiding me through every steps of the application process. He made sure that I understood everything i needed to know and was always available to answer my questions.
Anum then took over, arrange my University interview, she ensured I was fully prepared beforehand, followed up afterwards to see how it went and continuously reassured me throughout the process.
Their communication and support were outstanding and I felt confident knowing they were there to help.
I'm delighted to say that I received an unconditional offer! Thanks to the entire team of Platinum service, I've not only achieved my goal, but also gained so much confidence in myself .
I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for support with their University application journey.

Platinum services life saviours!!
Cannot recommend platinum services enough, I dropped out of my second year at university and 5 years later wanted to finish my degree. I must of went through 5-6 different companies and they all told me I would have to pay for my first year and then I found Jack at platinum services who has been my life saviour!! Talked me through my options and found I could get my transcript from my first year and submit it so I can jump straight into my second year! Jack and the team at platinum services have been very upfront and communicative with everything that they’ve been doing on my behalf and helping in any and every way they could. Absolutely phenomenal service if I could give them more stars I would!!!

Anum - a member of Platinum services helped me from start to finish with completing CV and helping me puzzle together things in preparation for the university application. She has taken the time and given me confidence and great support to pursue my goals and dreams. Jay was super helpful with the pre interview university application phone call, giving me that further confidence to give it my best shot.
